Little Michaelmas is a newly refurbished, cosy bolthole situated on the Surrey/West Sussex border. The annexe is separate from the main house with its own entrance, parking and garden area. It is in the heart of prime cycling, mountain biking and walking country - straight from the front door. A three minute walk to a great pub serving excellent food. Please do come and relax here and enjoy the wonderful countryside.

The space
Little Michaelmas annexe is a newly refurbished space with its own entrance via an external staircase, a bedroom/living space; separate kitchen and shower room; and Wi-fi plus a smart TV with integral DVD player. It is peaceful and warm with a comfortable bed and sofa. There is hanging and drawer storage for clothes and a cupboard to store any luggage. The kitchen has a Nespresso coffee machine, a microwave/grill, kettle, toaster and electric hob plus a fridge with small freezer compartment. There is free parking and we have secure bike storage should you wish to bring bikes with you and take advantage of the many cycle routes - we also have two mountain bikes you can use. We have a bed-nest suitable for a toddler or small child if required. There is a climbing frame with swings and slides in the garden.

Little Michaelmas is situated 1 mile from Loxwood village; 5 miles from the bustling village of Cranleigh with its cafés and shops; and only 12 miles from the city of Guildford. Petworth House and Park and the pretty town of Petworth with its antique shops, cafés and restaurants are a short drive. The local gastro-pub is a 3 minute walk door to door. The area is very popular for road and mountain biking and we have multiple bridleways and public footpaths you can access directly from the annexe. You can walk or cycle to the village along the Wey & Arun Canal. Goodwood is 20 miles away. The coast is less than an hour's drive.
