Our home is a beautifully renovated 1946 Ranch-style house. It is in a great neighborhood where 95% of the homes are owned, not rented. Our neighbors are friendly and the vast majority are families. We have a huge front yard and a fenced/gated back yard with a large porch and fireplace. Our home is comprised of 4 bedrooms, 2 private baths, 1 shared bath, a formal living room, dining room, kitchen, family room, study and laundry room. Features include all hardwood flooring, beautiful antiques and rugs, original artwork, a Nest thermostat, 2 indoor fireplaces, a Thermador range, built-in bar, 3 frameless glass shower enclosures, 2 jacuzzi tubs and a washer and dryer. (We do not skimp on the details.)

WI-FI is ALWAYS available. You will receive network name and password upon booking.

Other things to note
FIREWOOD is outside by the fireplace. GRILL is nearby. Bring your own lighter fluid and coal for the Webber grill. There is also a pellet fired grill that may be used with permission.
TRASHCANS are outside on the right fence. Pick-up is on Wednesday morning.
Check-in time is 4PM or after. If we are not able to check you in, we will leave you instructions for Self Check-In. Please make sure to view Check In Procedures for important information regarding your stay.
Do NOT use Crystal or China in the cabinets of Dining Room.
Our Nursery is Off-Limits. The door to the nursery is across from Guest Bedroom near Master Bedroom. You’ll see a Post-It on its door to keep out.
When using All-Clad in Kitchen, please make sure it looks like it did before you used it. If you’re not sure how to clean it, (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) it.
Please use aluminum foil on top of pans when baking so it doesn’t ruin the pans. Aluminum foil can be found in full-length cabinet next to where coffee maker is.
Do NOT drink our alcohol… BYOB, BYOW & BYOL.
Do NOT move furniture without owner’s consent. If you really want to move it, text us and ask first.
Please use coasters on the wooden furniture.
Make sure you lock up the house when you’re not in it.
Do not park in the grass.
Only flush TP down the toilet and pour light food scraps down the disposal. Failure to abide by this rule, especially when resulting in a service call, will result in a horribly expensive claim on your Security Deposit. (The plumber charges us about $700 when this happens. It sucks.)
No Parties: Guests listed on the reservation are the only people who should be in the house without obtaining Owner's permission first. Groups that have more guests than listed on the reservation are in serious violation of the rental terms.
If Owner witnesses or is notified by our loving neighbors or anyone else of a large gathering or excessive noise from our property your reservation will terminate immediately, all guests will immediately be removed from the premises and you may lose your entire Security Deposit.
No smoking inside!!! And if you smoke outside, make sure you’re doing it in the backyard and disposing of your cigarette butts properly.
Guests must observe any additional rules and/or Check Out procedures provided.
