**COVID Update- All travelers entering New York State must follow NYS guidelines! ** A fully equipped 3 bedroom 1.5 bath Townhouse with a sunroom with patio access that can also be converted into 4th bedroom. Comes with off street parking. Located in lovely Downtown Ithaca and it's treelined streets- within easy walking distance to Cayuga lake and it's lovely parks, The Commons, where you can find groceries, restaurants and shopping and quick drive to Cornell or Ithaca College.

There is a calm and cozy energy in the Cayuga House. Spend a relaxing evening with the wood stove and dinner in the big, beautiful kitchen. There are great toys for young children and an awesome Yamaha stereo and record collection for the grown-ups!

Where you’ll be

If you walk out the door of Cayuga House and head south you'll pass Bell Park, Kinney's drugstore and Gimmie Coffee!, a great local cafe. keep walking another couple blocks and you'll find DeWitt Park, another beautiful open space, adjacent to the park is DeWitt Mall where you'll find an organic market called Greenstar, a great bookstore, gift shops and the famous Moosewood restaurant, a block further south and you'll reach Ithaca Commons, home to plenty of great restaurants and shopping. Heading up South Hill you'll find Ithaca College. Heading east you'll find Cascadilla Falls and Cornell University up on East Hill, there is a lively college town with restaurants and shopping, plus Cornell has a spectacular campus with many beautiful buildings, paths and Cornell Botanical gardens. To the west of Cayuga House you'll find Ithaca's Farmers Market on the weekends, Cass Park with lovely lakeside walks, and the BDT a great biking path that follows an old train track, making a gentle climb over 8 miles up to the top of Taughannock Falls State Park. Heading north from Cayuga House a couple blocks and you'll find Auburn Park, a great small park with a little playground head further north and you'll reach Stewart Park, a lovely big park with a fantastic new accessible playground and grilling at the Cayuga lake's edge.
