Beautifully renovated 4 bedroom condo in a family friendly complex. We are close to the area attractions and there is easy access to the Pemigewasset River. Only 10 minutes to Loon Mountain, 25 to Waterville Valley and 15 minutes to Franconia Notch. Cook all your meals in a fully stocked kitchen featuring amazing granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Bedrooms are good sized so you won't feel cramped. All bathrooms recently renovated with detailed tile work.

The space
Completely renovated and nestled perfectly in the heart of the White Mountains of NH. This Family friendly community has convenient access to Rte 93 and all area attractions such as Loon Mountain, Cannon Mountain, Franconia Notch, Kancamagus Highway, Clark's Trading Post, Hobo Railroad, Jack O'Lantern Golf Course and much more! Unit sleeps 8, is extremely clean, has new flooring, new kitchen with granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. All bathrooms also beautifully remodeled.

Easy access to Pemigewasset River close by for swimming, tubing, kayaking, etc. Lady's Bathtub swimming area is just 10 minutes away in Lincoln and there's two carry/in carry/out picnic area's where you can also launch your kayak/canoe or go tubing about 5 minutes from the condo.

If you want to be close to all the major attractions in the Franconia Notch area of the White Mountains - this is the place for you! 4 season fun awaits as we are right off exit 30 on Rte 93 and close to everything - yet in a quiet family friendly complex and in a beautifully remodeled unit.

Skiing in the winter, rock climbing in the spring, camping/hiking in the summer, and leaf peeping in the fall - we are near it all.

COVID-19 precautions – Safe and Sanitary is our #1 goal!!!

During these unprecedented times we want to be sure we take the necessary extra precautions to keep our units sanitary as your health and safety is our top concern. This notice is to give you some updates on the current state of rentals in NH, update on amenities, and what we are doing to keep our units sanitary and safe.

Accommodations:
• NH “Stay at Home Order” was extended on November 14, 2020 and requires anyone traveling to the state to self-quarantine for 14 days following the last date of any travel internationally (including to/from Canada); on a cruise ship; or domestically outside of the New England states of Maine, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, or Rhode Island for non-essential purposes.
- Basically this means if you are coming from anywhere outside New England, you will need to sign a document attesting that you have quarantined 14 days before the trip.
- The expectation is that you will practice social distancing and wear masks in public areas per the new executive order by the Governor of New Hampshire.
• Depending how far out your stay is these requirements might change.

CLEANING (Safe and Sanitary is our top priority):
• We have removed all pillows, blankets and comforters so please bring what you think you'll need for the stay. This way you won't need to worry about using pillows, blankets or bedding someone else has used.
- We will still be supplying fresh linen, sheets, towels - all professionally cleaned so you just need blankets and your pillows.
• We are implementing the CDC recommended 24 hour vacancy between rentals. I have already blocked off the date prior to your arrival and the day after your departure so there will be at least one vacant day between guests while these precautions are required.
• Our cleaning company has committed to the following:
- Only employees that show no sign of illness will be sent to my properties to clean.
- When entering my property, all employees will wear personal protective equipment (i.e. face mask and gloves).
- They will utilize chemicals recommended and approved by both the EPA & CDC.
- In addition to the regular cleaning products, they have purchased institutional Clorox wipes and an Ecolab spray sanitizing solution.
 The spray is an EPA-registered, quaternary disinfectant cleaner for use in hospitals. Kills HIV-1, MRSA, VRE, herpes simplex I and II and other pathogens. It's Rinse-free, has pleasant fragrance, and will be sprayed during each cleaning.
 The Clorox wipes will be used to sanitize commonly touched areas like door knobs, light switches, railings, remote controls and thermostats.

The condo is located in the White Mountains and is perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Hiking, biking, skiing- there is so much to see and do right outside the door.
