The space

3 story cottage built in 1770. In a World heritage site to preserve the legacy of it's ties to the industrial revolution.

Stunning scenery with views from the house and patio. Great local walks including the Chevin, an old Roman road, which can be seen from the house itself.

This was our second stay in the house and it was great like our first stay. This time we had a lovely meal at Angelo's Italian restaurant, a four-minute walk down the road.

Penelope’s house is a great place well placed easy to get to and surrounded by beautiful countryside. Her house was exactly as outlined and she communicated in a timely and informative manner.

A wonderful cottage full of character in a beautiful location. The bed could do with being a bit softer but that is only my personal preference. Otherwise everything exactly as the ad. Penelope was most helpful in answering any questions had prior to arrival.
