Our newly built 3 bedroom house offers stunning views of the famous church, lake and mountains. Approximately 5 minutes walk from the town center and shops we are also just a short drive away from Tekapo Springs and Round Hill ski area.

The property features a patio, multiple aircon and heat pump units as well as spectacular views. With two queen beds, two king singles and a high chair & port-a-cot available on request, suitable for both families and friends.

The space
Whether it is in the searing Mackenzie country heat, raining or snowing, you can sit in our outdoor entertainment area, where it is sheltered from all the elements. In the Winter keeping you warm with our outside heaters.

Our tastefully furnished main guest bedroom features two skylights installed to allow guests to lay back and stargaze from the comfort of their own bed. This room also has direct access to the main bathroom. Although this main bedroom is the pick of the bunch you will find the other bedrooms equally beautiful, with a view of Lake Tekapo from each room – even while soaking in the bath!

Our property has all the quality features you would come to expect with a brand new build but offers a homely atmosphere with a focus on rustic wooden features. With comfy sofas and decoration that is designed to help you relax as you unwind after a day of exploring Tekapo and the beautiful Mackenzie District, we go the extra mile to make your stay as stress-free as possible.

Where we are situated is in a new subdivision, at the end of a cul-de-sac. So it is super quiet and a lovely outlook to the lake and mountains. There is a walking track located in the front of the house, which takes you into town, a 10 minute stroll.
