East Main Place shared housing is located on the outskirts of downtown Hazard. Although originally built in 1962, you will find a clean and comfortable home away from home. Hardwood floors and laminate throughout and a new central heat and air unit. 50 inch Roku TV access is provided in the shared living room space. All utilities provided, including WiFi. Enjoy all the comforts of this fully furnished/stocked Home with covered porch and wrap around deck overlooking East Main Street.

The space
East Main Place Is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath perfect for agency, contract And other professionals coming to Hazard for work, as well as students doing clinical rotations at the local hospital. This is an older home with some updates, but has all necessities for a comfortable stay. Roku TV has multiple channels available, including HBO Max. Initial starter supply of paper products provided. Bedrooms are rented individually, or ask about renting the entire space if available. Each bedroom has its own private, keyed lock. Pets may be considered on a case by case basis, (certain breed/size restrictions), with an additional pet deposit. Guests must be able to climb stairs in order to access home.

Hazard Community Technical Campus is 4 miles away (10 minutes), Hazard Community College 2.8 miles (5 minutes), and ARH Hospital, Psychiatric Hospital and UK Center For Excellence in Rural Health 6.3 miles (12 minutes).
