Imagine a home as captivating as its landscape; one where the rolling ocean views and rising morning mist complement the allure of this particular design. A home where the floorplan has been constructed to let the natural world inside. This property is a true masterpiece; from the use of triple pane windows, private balconies, and a custom crow's nest, to the intricate masonry, 2- person hot tub, and fire pit patio; this is a piece of art on the interior and the exterior.

Those who find peace and calm from watching the views need to experience this property. From any room in the house, it is possible to take in the expanse of Penobscot Bay. Watch the gulls soar, the boats sail, and the sun pass through the sky as you enjoy time with family.
This is the first time this property is available for rent and you will appreciate the setting, the upgrades, the custom finishes, and the accommodating floorplan.

Upon entry, the house welcomes you with built-in benches and a storage closet for shedding layers and storing gear as you come and go. There is an open area at the front of the house which is arranged as a living room, dining room, and open-concept gourmet kitchen. A modern wood fireplace is intended to warm the atmosphere and eliminate the chill on cooler nights. This common area of the house sprawls out onto the outdoor patio and it allows inviting seating for long conversations or good books.

The kitchen is outfitted with only the best; high-end appliances, granite countertops, and a large pantry allow for the chef in the family to enjoy preparing a meal while others sit at the island or relax in the living room.

The flooring throughout the house is stained concrete with radiant heat which uniformly and comfortably heats the house. You'll appreciate the easy cleanup and the welcoming warmth throughout.

Down the hall, there are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom faces the water and uses a detached bathroom located directly across the hallway. The bedroom is furnished with one set of bunk beds, a twin over double, and this is the only non-suite bathroom and it is intended to serve guests as well. At the end of the hall, a large master bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, a dresser, a closet, and an incredible private deck. The en-suite bathroom for this master features a soaking tub as well as a standing tile shower. There is also a designated laundry room on the ground level.

Two more suites are located on the second level, each of the bedrooms is furnished with a queen bed, a dresser, a closet, and enjoys a private balcony overlooking the grounds and the ocean. Unique amenities like this allow for guests to enjoy a moment to themselves while still getting away from it all with family and friends.

A spiral staircase ascends from the second level to the crow's nest. This intricate detail is heaven for guests who have an appreciation for tree-houses, forts, or cupulas. There is a twin bed under the spiral stairs and two more nested into the top. As you can imagine, this fun use of space allows for some of the best views on the rental market.

Exceptional care has gone into this home; from the design by the original owners to the choices of furnishings and amenities provided for our rental guests. This home in itself is just as much an experience as the ocean destination that you will enjoy.

The space
This house is located at the very end of a small, quiet development at the top of a hill overlooking the ocean. Neighbors are located around the corner but not within sight. The home is 5 minutes to Route 1 which will take you 20 minutes to downtown Belfast and 10 minutes to Camden.
