Ines and Bruno (and Eric of course) are lovely people! They gave us a very warm and friendly welcome by sharing their food and port with us. The room was great too with its comfy double bed. Almost all the treasures of Sintra are within walking distance (if you don't mind a 25 minutes uphill hike). The house lies in the village of São Pedro, which has some nice and decent restaurants, and if you're lucky you can even visit their nice little market. Very much recommended!

Ines and Bruno are warm and hospitable hosts--every good thing written about them in the reviews is true. They took time to get to know us a little and gave us ideas of things to do around Sintra and how to organize our time. The bed is comfortable and the location is nice and quiet. The only thing is that it takes at least a half hour to walk to any place, which isn't so bad, but if you are gone for a whole day and wish you save money by walking everywhere, you have to plan carefully because you spend a lot of time getting places. However, the exercise felt good. Also, the tap water in Sintra is delicious! We enjoyed our stay.

Ines Maravic likes music, healthy food (my boyfriend is a great cook), meet new and interesting people, traveling, nature.

Bruno Margalho loves music (himself is a jazz musician and music teacher and composer), cinema, good food, cooking, sports, traveling.

We both like a good party, great long walks in the mountains of Sintra and more. There is still so much to discover around here. :-)

Both of us have experience of living abroad, Bruno lived and studied for 8 years in London and I was living also in London for a several months and now I live in Portugal. Originaly I am from Croatia. Bruno's mother language is Poruguese and mine is Croatian but we are both good speakers of english.
We become proudly parents of a lovely son in November 2015.

We hope you will like your stay at our house and we will try to give you unforgetable experience of Sintra.
