I must say that I was very disappointed with your qualification attributed to your visit in our house. I honestly did not find the evaluation fair. Three stars in GENERAL, four in PRECISION and three in COST / BENEFIT. In this suite I had 67 ratings, 65 with five stars, one with four stars because at that time still had no TV in the room, which was already arranged and yours with three stars. First you compliment us saying that we are wonderful hosts; clean apartment; great location; cleaning lady 2x per week; Great pressure of cold water and hot water and Friday (happy hour with guests, twice) offering caipirinhas and snacks without charging anything else for this, just for the pleasure of living with guests. I think you also forgot about the wonderful tour offered, also free, by the Tijuca Forest. On a normal tour, you would pay approximately $ 50.00 per person. Thank you also for the kindness of presenting my wife with a beautiful vase of flowers. I think it's a very nice sign you were enjoying the stay. As for the negatives of the stay (ACCURACY, lighting, charge for use of the washing machine, wi-fi in the room and COST / BENEFIT), I must comment: 1) Regarding the ACCURACY: The photos were taken by Airbnb photographers, there are no comments here. 2) I do not know if you remember, almost every day I asked if everything was all right or missing something. I am surprised that after the lodging they come to criticize the lighting in the room. After almost 70 guests in this room this is the first time I have this complaint. Even so, I think it should be communicated during your stay so that I can improve on this point, either by replacing the lamp with a stronger one or by putting more lamps in the room. The next time you stay in another place, I suggest that you let the host of problems know during your stay so he can sort out and not be surprised on a low note when you leave. 3) The washing machine charge is to cover the costs of water, electricity, soap and softener, and does not cost $ 10.00 per wash. This charge is advised in advance, at a reasonable price (approximately US $ 6 per wash) and is optional. Only use whomever you wish. My washer can wash up to 6 kilogram of laundry every time. If you use some outside laundry, you pay $ 4.00 per kilogram of laundry. If you found it expensive, why did you use the washer 5 times? 4) You commented that there was no Wi-Fi signal in the room. That is not true. I know that in this room there is a slightly weaker signal than the rest of the house, so much so that you have used the room a lot to communicate. I've received few observations about the signal in this room and I'm providing a repeater to improve this signal. Anyway, I would like to be advised during the stay, because in the 3 weeks that you have been here, I would have time to repair this deficiency. 5) I also received a low score for COST / BENEFIT. But I must inform you that the accommodation on Airbnb is not the same as a hotel. You were in a suite with private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator and the right to use the kitchen, which you used to prepare your meals using the equipment offered (pans, dishes, cutlery and etc) and paying a little more That's $ 30.00 a night for 2 people. A Hostel in Copacabana charges $ 15.00 per person in a shared room and without this kind of amenities. I cannot believe they would find another place, with this comfort, for a better price than this. Advice to guests wishing to rent this suite. Read ALL the assessments carefully and draw your own conclusions. Devo comentar que fiquei muito decepcionado com a nota atribuída por vocês pela estadia na nossa casa. Sinceramente não achei justa a avaliação. Três estrelas no GERAL, quatro na PRECISÃO e três no CUSTO/BENEFÍCIO. Nesta suíte já tive 67 avaliações, sendo 65 com cinco estrelas, uma com quatro estrelas pois na época ainda não tinha TV no quarto, o que já foi providenciado e a sua com três estrelas. Primeiro vocês elogiaram comentando que somos anfitriões maravilhosos; apartamento limpo; excelente localização; faxineira 2x por semana; Grande pressão de água fria e água quente e sexta-feira (happy hour com hóspedes, por duas vezes) oferecendo caipirinhas e petiscos sem cobrar mais nada por isso, só pelo prazer da convivência com os hóspedes. Acho que também se esqueceram do maravilhoso passeio oferecido, também grátis, pela Floresta da Tijuca. Em um tour normal, vocês pagariam aproximadamente U$ 50,00 por pessoa. Agradeço também a vocês a gentileza de presentear minha esposa com um lindo vaso de flores. Acho que é um sinal muito simpático de que estavam gostando da estadia. Quanto aos pontos negativos da estadia (PRECISÃO, iluminação, cobrança de utilização da máquina de lavar, wi-fi no quarto e CUSTO/BENEFÍCIO), devo comentar: 1)Quanto à PRECISÃO: As fotos foram tiradas por fotógrafo do Airbnb, aqui não cabem comentários. 2)Nãos sei se vocês se lembram, quase todos os dias eu perguntava se estava tudo bem ou faltando alguma coisa. Fico surpreendido que depois da hospedagem venham criticar a iluminação no quarto. Depois de quase 70 hóspedes neste quarto é a primeira vez que tenho esta reclamação. Mesmo assim, acho que deveria ser comunicado durante a hospedagem de vocês para que eu pudesse melhorar este ponto, seja trocando a lâmpada por uma mais forte, seja colocando mais luminárias no quarto. Da próxima vez que se hospedarem em outro local, sugiro que avisem ao anfitrião dos problemas, durante a estadia, para que ele possa resolver e não ser surpreendido por uma nota baixa quando vocês saírem. 3)A cobrança da máquina de lavar é para cobrir os gastos de [agua, eletricidade, sabão e amaciante, e não custa U$ 10,00 por lavagem. Esta cobrança é avisada anteriormente, com o devido preço (aproximadamente U$ 6,00 por lavagem) e é opcional. Somente usa quem desejar. Minha lavadora consegue lavar até 6 quilos de roupa por cada vez. Se usarem alguma lavanderia externa, vocês pagam US$ 4,00 por quilo lavado. Se vocês acharam caro, porque usaram 5 vezes a lavadora? 4)Vocês comentaram que não havia sinal de Wi-Fi no quarto. Isto não é verdade. Sei que neste quarto existe um sinal um pouco mais fraco que no resto da casa, tanto é que vocês usaram, e muito, a sala para se comunicarem. Já recebi poucas observações sobre o sinal neste quarto e estou providenciando um repetidor para melhorar este sinal. De qualquer maneira, gostaria de ser avisado durante a estadia, pois em 3 semanas que vocês estiveram aqui, eu teria tempo para reparar esta deficiência. 5)Também recebi nota baixa pelo CUSTO/BENEFÍCIO. Mas devo informar que a hospedagem no Airbnb não é igual a um hotel. Vocês estavam em uma suíte com banheiro privativo, ar-condicionado, TV, geladeira e com direito à utilização da cozinha, que vocês usaram para preparar suas refeições utilizando os equipamentos oferecidos (panelas, pratos, talheres e etc) e pagando um pouco mais do que US$ 20,00 a diária para 2 pessoas. Um Hostel em Copacabana cobra US$ 10,00 por pessoa, em quarto compartilhado e sem este tipo de comodidades. Não acredito que achariam outro lugar, com este conforto, por um preço melhor do que este. Um conselho aos hóspedes que desejem alugar esta suíte. Leiam atentamente TODAS as avaliações e tirem suas próprias conclusões
