Perfect accommodation for 4 adults visiting Bondi. Beautiful apartment with great views and layout. Was unable to work out accessing the wifi and parking is quite tight for a large vehicle however this wouldn't deter us from staying again. It's always nice to get a list of near by restaurants or supermarkets however this is only a suggestion, not particularly needed.

The flat was good and exactly what we after in terms of space and location. Contact with Lisa was minimal, but it was all straight forward and there were no issues. On departure, I received a message from Lisa wanting to extort a further $200 for allegedly making to much 'noise' after an apparent complaint from a neighbour. We followed her instructions around playing music etc and I am disputing this with Airbnb. This has obviously left a sour taste and put a dampener on what was a good weekend. Another thing to note is the excessive cleaning fee of $250 which significantly hikes up the advertised nightly rate. Although we accepted this prior to booking, it seems excessive for a 2 bedroom unit and is quite misleading given the advertised rate. I won't be booking any future accommodation through Lisa L'Abode Accommodation and I'd be wary of booking through another property management company given this experience. I also think short term rentals in unit blocks irk the neighbours which probably leads to unjust complaints.

Hi Will, Please see answers to your response below: We take reviews very seriously as this is our reputation on the line. 1. Cleaning - please note this includes all hotel grade linen for up to 6 people, towels, tea towels, bath matts, face cloths, doona covers, and sheets, these are all hotel grade quality and professionally freshly washed and pressed after each stay. We provide this additional service as unlike most air b and b hosts use there own linen which is not professionally sanitised. This is one of the reasons why our guests love using our service. 2. We make it very clear in the arrival instructions, the manual at the property and prior to booking we have a strict no parties policy and noise to be kept to a minimum after 10pm. We have these rules in place for a reason and this is to respect the neighbours so that we can continue to carry out holiday rentals. When you arrived at 12pm the cleaners did advise that you were all out of the balcony drinking and this continued throughout the night, it was not just the one neighbour that complained it was 2 - in the middle of the night our staff had to attend to this call, we then politely called and messaged you about this which you said you would keep it down, the second night you stayed again. It does stipulate on your terms and conditions that instant loss of bond for any noise complaints or parties and we did not think that the $200 incurred was unreasonable considering the owner could potentially be out of pocket thousands of dollars if they are made to stop holiday rentals because of guests that disrespect the rules we have in place, especially when we asked you to keep the noise down.
