We have on street parking, a bathtub, washing machine, blender and unlimited wifi.
Sita works on her PhD usually from home, so is often available to give you advice.
Elwood is a very green area close to the beach with everything you need. Close to St Kilda if you fancy a bit of nightlife but please don't return home drunk.
Elsternwick station is a twenty minute walk away. There are many buses close by.
We have a second room listed under Elwood yoga beach retreat. If you would like to come with friends we have room for up to 4 at a time.
Our house is an old character home. It's not the ritz but were doing our best to keep it standing :) if you have any concerns please communicate with us.
Please read the house rules!
A private study, double mattress. Anything in the bathroom with 'guests' written on it ie. body wash, men's deodorant, body lotion are for sharing. You get a shelf in the fridge, use of the washing machine, lounge room and outside areas.
Interaction with guests
Sita is home most of the time working on her PhD while Bryan works full time. We occasionally take our guests out but it all depends on whether it fits in with our busy schedules.
Other things to note
We are very focused on yoga here. Please take time to read the rules as this place may not be suitable to everyone. Also our home is an old character home and has had a lot of wear and tear over the years. We are doing our best to keep it standing, but it is not a brand new apartment, so please be aware of this before you book.
We have a no meat, eggs, alcohol or drugs policy in the house as we live an ashram lifestyle. Please also clean up after yourself as we are not always around to do so, and make sure you turn off lights to conserve electricity. Shoes outside :) If you want to use some of our food to make a meal, please consult with us first. We appreciate guests keeping disturbance to a minimum after 8:30pm so that we can wind down for bed.
