Couldn't ask for a place closer to the lifts than this!

Pros: Les is a great host! Very kind and accomodating. You get the entire place for booking his condo/cabin which was very spacious. He has a foozball available to play. Very convenient since Heavenly lifts are right next door. We had a really awesome time and we thank him for letting us stay at his place. Cons: we had a little trouble with the bathroom doors; most of them won't lock. Overall, awesome place! Would definitely book it again.

Les' townhouse was SO convenient because the ski lift was literally right outside the front door. We were able to walk there and not have to wake up too early to beat traffic like we normally do for other resorts. It was so close and convenient, that we even went back to the cabin to take a nap after lunch before hitting the slopes again. We loved the Foosball table in the downstairs game room and all the sofas/beds were very comfortable. We had plenty of space to accommodate and sleep everyone. For the price and location of this cabin/townhouse, I would definitely stay here again if I were planning to board at Heavenly.

Perfect spot if you want quick access to the ski-lift. The location makes it so you can avoid all the lines and hit the slopes right away, and after a day on the mountain it's great to just be able to land on the couch right away.

This was a ski in/ski out place right on the Heavenly Resort on the Nevada side. The Stagecoach Lift was the closest place to rent skis/snowboard, but the Boulder lift was the closest place to learn a lesson. Excellent location and a spacious place to have people stay and relax after skiing all day!

Les's place is amazing. Our vehicles stayed parked the whole weekend and we spent an hour digging them out of the snow when we were trying to leave. Not a bad problem to have if you ask me. We had 11 people and there was plenty of places for everyone to sleep and hangout. We will defiantly be reserving this spot again.

I stayed here with a group of 12 people and we had a great time. It was a good amount of space for that many people, and it was nice to have enough bedrooms/sleeping areas so no one was sleeping in the common space. It was in fact right across from the stagecoach chairlift, which was super convenient for getting started in the morning. Also, since there were no other guests coming, Les was flexible on our check out time on Sunday. Just be aware that the hot tub is a bit of a hike - 15-20 minute walk, which is not ideal when it's cold and snowing. Overall, this was a great place to stay!
