Lee was an accommodating host and the apartment is in a great location. He carried my bag up 5 flights of stairs :) Check in and out was simple and Lee is easy to communicate with. Beds were comfortable.

Lee was a great host and even greeted us at the door with a chilled bottle of white wine. Lee was also flexible about our check out time which made things much easier. Great host! The place is exactly what it looked like in the pictures and we were very happy!

Had an amazing long weekend in NYC and what made it amazing was staying at Lee and Nancy's flat. Yes it's on the 5TH floor but so what....more treats you can have while visiting this culinary paradise of a city. The location is perfect. We ran through Central Park, caught the subway a few blocks away, strolled through Times Square and enjoyed aa the restaurants and shops on 8TH and 9TH Street. Lee was the absolute perfect host. His communication is fast and never hesitated to help and answer all of my many questions. He even helped tell my taxi from LGA....tunnel or bridge! Don't hesitate if you are considering booking!! My only complaint.....I didn't get to meet him or his beautiful side kick Nancy!! : )

Lee was a fantastic host, with both arriving and departure easy and seamless. The apartment was as described, and the location could not be better; the beds were exceptional comfy. Throughout our stay Lee was on hand with tips and recommendations for bars and food in the area. When back in NYC we will definitely be staying with Lee again.

Lee is a fantastic host and made us feel very welcome. He met us at the door and answered all our questions about where to eat for the first day. He made himself available by text at all times. We slept a family of 4 there comfortably and did not feel cramped. The apartment is the perfect location for easy walks to Times Square, Central Park, Broadway theaters, and the subway is less than a block away. That is an important block, though, to gain some space from the craziness that is central Manhattan. The fifth floor apartment is an easy walk up (you will be walking all the time anyway) and it's nicer being a little above the ruckus. Staying in the apartment we felt like we got a little taste of what it's like to actually live here day to day. Our own little slice of Seinfeld/Friends.

Hello! It's me! I grew up in Utah, I had a humongous Afro, and drove a pink moped scooter. After losing 70 lbs and living in Hungary for several years, I moved to the enchanted concrete jungle of Manhattan. The wildlife is much different in the City than it was in Budapest and Salt Lake City, but there is an intoxicating energy on this island that I fell in love with. Speaking of love, I have the most beautiful dog in the world named Nancy. She is 130 lbs of pure sass. If you come to stay with us, you'll fall in love. If I come to stay with you, I will make sure you see hundreds of pictures.
