This beautifully renovated studio apartment is located on the second floor of a Victorian style house. Facing the front of the house, this apartment will delight you as soon as you enter the door. You will enjoy all this space has to offer from the wood floors, boutique furniture, and a huge walk out porch. There is a separate eating/kitchen area with a granite countertop, a cook top stove, microwave, mini refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, toaster, dinnerware, and table/desk with seating for two. There is no oven in the apartment, but there is a glass stove. There is a closet with hangers and shelves in the room and coin a laundry room in the basement of the house. Linens are available for rent. The newly remodeled bathroom is very small. It is bright and white, with a tile shower and commode.
In this 250 sq. ft. studio you will enjoy plenty of natural light and fresh air provided by the french doors and windows in the apartment. Step out the French doors and relax on the porch while taking in the quiet tree lined street of this top rated Denver neighborhood, or close the curtains and relax in the luxurious hotel grade, queen sized bed.
This house is very close to everything in Downtown Denver. It is a great value for the location, two doors from Restaurant Row. Walk or bike to eateries, bars, coffee shops, grocery stores, City Park, Chessman Park, museums, shopping, 16th Street Mall shopping, lower downtown Denver nightlife, cultural centers, Colorado Convention Center, Botanic Gardens, the Civic Center, Denver Center of Performing Arts, Theaters, Hospitals…. Denver B-cycle rentals are across the street. Buses traveling into downtown leave every 15 minutes.
This apartment is located on the second floor of our house. It shares a main entry with two other vacation rental apartments. Once up the stairs there is a private entry to the apartment. We have coded locks on our doors so guest can check in at their leisure anytime after 4pm.
Interaction with guests
We live in the suburbs of Denver, and can be at our house within 40 minutes. Our preferred communication is via email or text messaging, but we are also available for phone calls from guests that prefer.
Other things to note
This apartment is a great value for it's style, location. The furnishings are top quality, with luxurious mattresses and a leather chair. Our house is spotless, and it is priced significantly below any hotel in the area and that is without kitchens provided. It is in a nice location that is perfect for experiencing all that Denver has to offer.
Reservations are nonrefundable. Guests are advised to purchase rental insurance in case of last minute cancellations.
To ensure that all guest have the best experience possible, we have strict quiet hours between 9 pm and 10 am.
There is public parking on the street in front of our house. Guest are responsible for minding the city street sign regulations. Alley parking is available for an extra monthly fee. Inquire if interested.
We do not allow any pets, smoking or cannabis anywhere on our property.
Overnight guests are not allowed, except with advance notice and an additional nightly fee paid.
Laundry hours are from dawn to dusk.
Linens are available for rent. If linens are rented, at the end of occupancy, guest agrees to return all linens clean, damage and stain free.
All new reservations must start within seven days of the first vacancy day. Reservations made with more than seven days vacancy, will be cancelled.

We live in Colorado and enjoy the outdoors. We love to hike, ski, swim, garden, camp, and cook. We travel as much as possible and usually end up in the Yucatan or the Colorado mountains. Denver and the Rockies are spectacular and keeps getting better year after year.
Our house has been in our family for two generations, and will someday be passed down to our children. In the mean time we are enjoying sharing it with our guests and hope that you decide to give it a try.
