A very quiet location and but close to shops and beach. I had a restful break from my usual busy schedule . I liked the closeness to the national park

The place was exactly what we needed. The hosts were friendly and easy to deal with and the rooms were nicely spaced and well looked after.

Emily was a lovely host who made us feel welcome on the property, which is set on beautiful grounds. The property has basic facilities and the room was clean enough. There were a couple of maintenance issues like the bathroom window not being able to close completely and the lack of a key available for our room, but we weren't there long enough to address the issues with Emily and it did not dampen our stay.

A beautiful leafy place only 5 mins drive from the amazing beaches at Scott's head. Emily was very friendly and welcoming, however, the lodge itself was quite basic, run down, half finnished in many places and facilities were scarce. A good place to stay where you know you will be met with friendly faces and a great location.

A great sarene place. We loved Emily's hospitality and she made us feel at home.Highly recommended if you looking for calm quiet pet friendly family kind of holidays. Thumbs up for good WiFi ... Emily and Tony's local knowledge was very helpful to plan trips. My daughter love the ping pong..

Had a really nice time at Way Way Lodge. Great place to stay to escape city life and reconnect with nature. Close the the incredible beaches at Scotts head and Nambucca Heads. Rooms were clean and comfortable and had everything needed. Would stay again in the future.

Emily warmly welcomed us when we arrived a bit later than predicted and provided us with some great tips about the area. The apartment itself is somewhat outdated and belongs to a larger lodge building; it was clean and fresh soap, new rolls of toilet paper and fresh linen/towels were provided for. We actually ended up staying in room 4 which has a renewed kitchen block and a bit different lay-out. We loved staying so close to the woods and really enjoyed this overnight stay. Guests can use the massive kitchen and lounge in the main building. One important thing to note is that there is no wifi signal in your room; you will have to go outside, walk across to the main building and log in there where the signal was OK. This was a bit disappointing to us as we were looking forward to doing some trip planning from our room, but it was manageable this way.

Response from Emily:
Thanks Martine and Bart. It's good to know how important the wifi into your rooms is. We have only recently come out of the dark ages, with a recent connection to wireless NBN. Hope you enjoy the rest of your trip.
