This was my first Airbnb experience. Overall, it was quite pleasant. Petty replied to questions and reservations promptly. The house/room was at the top of about 60 to 70 stairs, I knew this going in so I was prepared. Petty provided a couple of snacks, coffee and water in the fridge upon my arrival. She allowed me to use a bicycle, this made getting around super easy without having to use public transit. Also, she helped me work the washing machine, I couldn't read the instructions as they were in Japanese. Super sweet lady, very accommodating asccomnd welcoming! I look forward to hopefully staying there again.

This was my first time staying at an Airbnb. Petty is a great host and her place is great! It is walkable and easily accessible. There are 70 steps so keep that in mind when bringing luggage. I would stay here again.

I have been here 3 times already. It is a great place to stay, with lots of space, entire appartment with facilities. The host is very friendly, helps me always, makes a great breakfast. Beautiful view on Yokosuka, not far from train station, Chuo, Onsen, sport facilities, nice parks.

Petty-san is an awesome host, she is super nice, thoughtful and kind! She was so kind to provide some drinks and snacks in the refrigerator, tayaki and omiyage! The house was awesome and just perfectly equipped for my 2 week stay. The location was conveniently located, 10 minutes walk from kenritsudaigaku station and 15 minutes walk to yokosukachuo. The house is easy to find if you locate it on (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) maps before hand. Its right after the eneos gas station and across the street from the keikyu store. You cant beat this place for value in Yokosuka! I look forward to coming back on my annual trips.
