Hi Erick, I'm very sorry that you had a negative experience, this is the first real negative review I have received and am honestly very surprised. I would like to give my input on a few of your points for you and future guests. We had not agreed on a price but rather the price shown in your inquiry was inaccurate, when I informed you of the correct price, you accepted and your inquiry in general was very close to your arrival date. I'm sorry if there was confusion there, but there was no price bait. The listing is explicit that guests need to bring linen and towels. Also, this is not a B&B, there was and is no expectation that breakfast is to be provided. I have cleaners that come after every visit so I am very surprised it was dirty. I'm sorry you had a negative experience and wish I would have known during your stay, however most of what you mention in your review is set as an expectation in the listing.
