ARTICLE I: General Provisions
1)The Tenants/Renters of unit’s consortium should avoid noises that threaten the peace of the building and are asked to extremely moderate use of radios, television, and musical or resonance instruments after 1 pm until 4 pm, and from 10 pm to 9 am the following day.
2)Don´t throw in the bath chair waste, cotton, or anything that may obstruct it´s normal operation or mains building.
3)Inserting or removing furniture or large objects from departments without prior authorization of building´s concierge.
4)The displacements of the service staff, suppliers and any sort of maintenance should be done only at areas provided for this purpose and on the schedule set by the administration. The tenant/renter may be liable to financial sanction if their personnel contravene the provisions.
5)Smoking in apartments, garages, storage spaces, stairs, elevators, hallways, fitness centre, locker rooms, sauna or solarium is forbidden.
6)The connections of cable TV or Internet can be manipulated only by technical service of borrowing company.
7)Tenants/Renters must take care of departments, common areas and facilities cleaning and hygiene conditions at all times.

3)They will be open from 7am until 10 pm Sunday through Thursday. And from 7 am to 8 pm on Fridays, Saturdays and public holiday´s eve.
4)Only allowed access to the pool for over 15 years.

4)Smoking in the fitness centre is strictly forbidden.
5)Personal trainers cannot use machines or free weights at the gym. They can only show the exercise execution.

1)The multipurpose room is for the exclusive use of owners
1)It is strictly forbidden to leave loose or walk pets for the common areas of the building, even in gardens and flower beds.
2)The pet movement is restricted to the corridors, halls and elevators enabled for them, and only on their way to and from the street.
3)The movements must be performed on leash, and for large dogs muzzled.

Paula was very accommodating and made check in/out very easy. The apartment building is very centrally located and in a great location, but the building and the apartment are a bit rundown and falling apart. The chairs on the rooftop pool are broken, the apartment itself had a lot of broken, furniture, remotes etc. Overall, I would only recommend this apartment if you want a quick place to crash and don't have high expectations.

If you wanna stay in the best neighborhood of BUE, you should definitely stay at Paula's apartment. Located in a very safe area, next to the best restaurants of Buenos Aires, I was really please of my stay there. It was really easy to communicate with Paula, and she was really reactive in case of any problems. I will definitely come back there. Thanks Paula!

Conoci a Martin hace un par de años quien se sumo a mi proyecto de alquileres, aportando sus cualidades de buen gusto y relaciones publicas, a partir de alli crecimos juntos en el barrio de Palermo Hollywood con muchas propiedades en edificios modernos , con amenities, casi enteros para alquiler, lo que nos abrio las puertas a no solo a particulares , sino tambien a productoras , empresas internacionales, universidades que querian estar en propiedades independientes pero en el mismo edificio.
Hoy tenemos propiedades que se adaptan a todos los estilos. Nos dedicamos personalmente en seleccionar las propiedades, darles el toque de distincion y confort que se necesita para que uds puedan disfrutar a pleno de los departamentos, asi como tambien de ayudar al extranjero que viene a Buenos aires a encontrar la propiedad mas indicada para sus necesidades.
