This loft apartment has views of Table Mountain, the living space is open-plan, the décor is contemporary in design. The bedroom is upstairs on the mezzanine level. The bathroom with bath and shower is downstairs, this is private with a sliding door.
The apartment 205 is situated on the 2nd floor. There is a 24 hour security guard at the front entrance.
Guests have access to a communal roof top deck. This has surround views of Cape Town and Table Mountain, great for an evening drink, take a chair or two up and have sundowner's on the roof top deck, or even a picnic dinner. This is accessed by walking to the end of the passage on the 2nd floor, up the flights stairs to a door on the roof top.

I will always be available to offer help during a guests visit. Call me if there are any problems.
Living in an apartment block, there are rules to follow. No smoking in common areas. No playing of loud music, or loud noise, after 11pm week nights and 12am, on weekends.
There are recycling bins at the entrance to the building, two bins inside the apartment, the big one is for glass, paper, platick and the little one for all food matter and other none-recyclable items. The security guards are extremely helpful and able to assist but they are not doormen.
The roof-top deck can be utilized by all residing in Dunkley House.
