Guests, please be understanding of the fact that although check-in is 2pm, I will try my best to coordinate key drop at check-in time, however, there may be occasions that I will not be able to meet for key drop at 2pm due to work commitments. ARRIVAL TIME IS FROM 2:00PM. Please check if you intend to arrive any earlier that there is not a check out on the day of your arrival.

CHECK OUT time is 11:00AM.

Keys: Please take care of the keys, due to the cost of ordering a replaceing keys is high. $200 for lost of keys or not returned.

Guests are to clean up after themselves at all times, please wash the dirty dishes you used and put the rubbish in the rubbish bin. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if the apartment is not left in a tidy state.

Garbage and recycling
There are garbage and recycling bins on ground floor. Garbage should be taken from your apartment daily in order not to encourage cockroaches to come and join you. Please be sure not to put garbage in the recycling bins. Take your refuse to the garbage bins tied in a plastic bag; There are also recycling bins for cartons, bottles and paper.

Any breakages will be paid for

Great place right next to Redfern station - very close to restaurants, cafes and shops. Had all we needed for a stay in Sydney.

Great location. Good cafés, bars & restaurants all so close. Station is ideal to get anywhere but not too close that it disturbs. Easy place to stay & definitely recommended for anyone coming to explore Sydney for a few days.

A delightful, clean, well presented apartment with loads of attention to personal details, like chocolates left on the bed and small complimentarys. The photos give a true representation of what the apartment is like. The location is great, close to Redfern Station, with frequent services. which (I believe) services almost all of the train routes in and out Sydney. Also very close the most of the main tourist sites. With a great location, comes a small drawback of the apartment being on a busy main road, which at times can be a little noisy. However, don't let this put you off as you soon get use to it. Coco was quick at responding to messages and easy and clear to communicate with. Unfortunately we didn't get to meet her, but instructions of how to get into the apartment were simple and clear. An enjoyable 5 night stay. Thank you.

The place was small and comfortable. It is central, and only 3 minutes walk to Redfern train station. Coco was very nice, easy to communicate, and was very fast at replying to messages.

Location is convenient and fairly central to everything. However, the next door neighbor kept banging on the wall at night when my friend and I was talking in the bedroom in the middle of the night. So one has to be very quiet in the bedroom at night. We also found and killed several small cockroaches everyday during our week long stay there, but Coco was nice and brought over 2 cans of bug spray for us.

It is a very cosy and nice appartment. Beautifully furnished. All is okay. The only problem is the heavy traffic noise during the night and all the time. The Regent Street is heavily trafficed - no break times.

My apartment is in the city, is common to hear traffic noise if you live in the city, it is very hard to avoid it. But now I just installed a White Noise Machine, it should block or reduce the traffic noise and give you a better sleep at night.
