Nice and cosy house in a quiet neigbourhood. Plenty of rooms and beds for a bigger group also.

A beautiful little cottage wedged between a luscious garden, close to shops and the waterfront. Cottage itself is unfortunately very damp and cluttered with personal effects. The internet is slow and inconsistent so not the best place for business travellers. The management company was not reliable nor did they address the issues we raised, i.e. internet and additional towels and linen. For a short stay it is more than adequate, however, if you need to clean or change towels/linen then it becomes a problem.

Hi - I am Kathy Sykes and I absolutely adore and love life and in my little world live it to the best of my ability and share my joy of living with other people.
I am married to my high school sweetheart (we meet 47 years ago) and we have grown adult children - 2 live in the states and the rest live in Auckland.
Our lives are focused on our family and "living the lifestyle" that this stunning country has to offer. I am a 5th generation New Zealander but have lived globally and for extended periods of time.
We LOVE having people stay at our accommodation s- we offer studios, one bedroom, two bedrooms, three bedrooms and more - all our accommodations are immaculately presented.
