No Schoolies

The space
This newly renovated beach house and brand new fully self contained separate studio encompasses a sleek and modern finish while still retaining a feeling of comfort and homeliness. Our guests will be delighted with the nature reserve location and lush forest surrounds, although the location is a five minute drive from the town centre and it's myriad of shopping and eating options, it truly feels like a retreat from the outside world. Other highlights include - 5 min walk to the Roadhouse Cafe/Bar, Platinum HD Foxtel, complimentary Tigerlily spa pack, washer/dryer, king-size Sleepmaker bed, separate entrance, new furniture and ample parking.

Guest access
You will have your own seperate access to the studio apartment with its own private outdoor covered deck area. The pool, spa and outdoor daybed area are shared with main house.

The surrounding neighbourhood where we are located is a quiet and peaceful nature reserve , where on any given day a menagerie of wildlife can be seen, from koalas to water dragons. About a 5 min drive and 15 min bike ride, is the unique township of Byron Bay the world famous cosmopolitan melting pot where high end shopping meets dreadlocked surfers - there truly is something for everyone here, let alone the incredible stretches of golden beaches and stunning expanses of hinterland to explore...
Even closer is a quiet beach trail, to a secluded stretch of Tallows beach which we can direct you too either by a 15 min walk or a 5 min bike ride.
