Our home is nestled in a park space high in the trees. We love the peaceful nature of our space, conveniently located to I-5 and public transportation. Our happy home is located 20 minutes from downtown Portland. There many walking trails in park settings. And great shopping is within walking distance as well as Whole Foods, coffee shops, and a variety of restaurants. There is a private vanity and sink in the room. The toilet and shower are shared with another room.

I was in the area for a skin cancer procedure and the medical office was close by. It was convenience I was after but I received so much more from Susan and Paul. My reason to return; good location, wonderful trails to get in a long walk, comfortable bed but the main reason is because of the host and the kindness they gave me. For the casual traveler their place is right off of I-5 in a wooded area that makes for a sound sleep after a day of sightseeing. There's also shopping and restaurants at Bridgeport village which is less then a mile away from the house. All around a excellent choice for any reason.

Susan was a warm and friendly host, and the location is perfect! There is a nice park located right behind the house that's perfect for some short hikes and runs. There's also a shopping center within walking distance with a variety of places to eat and retail shopping. Susan also provided some breakfast foods which was a nice bonus.

Susan and Paul were gracious and welcoming. Very quiet location overlooking forested park. Great walking trails. House is actually very close to Bridgeport Mall, a great shopping destination.

Susan and Paul are wonderful hosts. I felt I was staying with friends in a lovely home. They take time for conversation and have a real interest in meeting people and making them welcome. They live in great location that is close to shops and facilities while being quiet and close to nature. It is an easy bus ride into the city if you are staying as a tourist. The perfect Airbnb experience.

This was such a comfortable/unique area to stay in. Susan makes staying over so flexible and even had coffee/breakfast in the morning on our first day. We were given lots of recommendations from Susan and her husband which were very helpful for our first visit to Portland. I would recommend renting a car if you plan to visit different locations in Portland, we didn't anticipate using a Lyft as much as we did so it adds up. The location is beautiful and the room is so spacious and clean. We look forward to visiting Portland again.
