Perfect in all seasons for a group of friends or work colleagues and, particularly suitable for a two couple and kids combination.

The space

Situated on the hill amongst the eucalypts so while enjoying the ocean views you also enjoy relaxing green surrounds.

Large outdoor areas – green sloping garden in front and parking for up to 5 cars at back. Easy access with no stairs into the house and the ability to park within metres of the front door.

The house is set out on two levels separated by only 5 stairs.

The lower living level is lined with glass windows looking out to the ocean and pier.

This level is an open plan living space with a well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven, stove, Nespresso machine, slow cooker, rice maker and more), dining table for 8 plus 4 bar stools at the breakfast counter, fireplace, large leather sofas offering lots of seating, blue tooth speaker and 42” SMART TV.
There’s a selection of board games, jigsaws, books, magazines, CDs and DVDs for your entertainment. Split system heating/aircon and an overhead fan keep this area comfortable.

The deck furnished with outdoor lounge seating, sun loungers, outdoor dining and a large gas BBQ, leads off the living area.
There’s also an outdoor shower (hot and cold) to wash away the beach sand.

On the bedroom level there are 4 bedrooms, 2 separate toilets, a shower room, a full bathroom with shower over bath and a laundry with washing machine, dryer and large basin.

All bedrooms have overhead fans and electric heaters.

Bedroom 2:
2 single beds

Bedroom 3:
1 single bed
1 bunkbed
The bunkbed does not have a security bar and is therefore not suitable for a small child.

Bedroom 4:
Queen bed

Sleeping on sofas is not permitted.

For kids - camp cots, non-slip bath mats, high chair, plastic kids eatware, toys, games and security gate.

For the beach - beach umbrella, 2 body/boogie boards

General - tea, basic cooking provisions, toilet paper, bath/shower gel, hairdryer and cleaning detergents.

Access is managed via a key box for which the code is provided on check in day.

Please .....
• Switch off all heaters, fans, stove and oven
• Ensure the aircon/heating timer hasn’t been put on --- please see details on wall next to the remote.
• Ensure all windows are closed
• Doors and gates are closed and locked as upon arrival
• Blinds are down
• The kitchen bin is emptied – general waste goes into the smaller maroon bin and re-cycling into the yellow bin
• Please leave bins at top of driveway facing the road
• Ensure the BBQ is clean and the cover has been placed over it
• The cover is replaced on the outdoor umbrella
• All dishes are washed – fine to load the dishwasher and leave it on when you depart
• The keys are back in the locked key box

Belinda was super flexible with check in and check out time. No issues Communication. Every time we text her she answered straight away. The place was very clean and comfortable. A walk from the Centre of lorne. I will stay at this place again

The house is still good and relatively clean, but the owner says we damaged the older Billiard table .and we are not.We went out early in the morning, and go back late,Just sleep in the house.

What a great weekend away we had here!! Belinda was by far one of the best hosts I've had with air bnb. She was easy to contact and checking in and out was super easy. She allowed us to have an early check in and the house was in perfect condition when we arrived (also was exactly as it looks in the photos!) The house has a big deck which we enjoyed dinner and drinks on each night while enjoying the beautiful ocean views. It also had a big backyard which would be good for kids if on a family holiday. Bedrooms, kitchen and living areas were all large and open. Location was fantastic, a short walk to the supermarket, cafes and beach and not far from the pub and other restaraunts/bars. The walk is slightly uphill as you get closer to the house but this is unavoidable when staying Lorne. Overall we had a fantastic weekend away in this beautiful home (the other guests that stayed with me were very impressed with my find.)
