Location

Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States

There are museums in the area close to the plaza. The Albuquerque Museum located just behind the plaza to the east. The New Mexico Museum is also close but may be a little too far to walk to for some. It is east down Mountain Rd going east from Rio Grande Blvd. The Zoo, Botanical Gardens, and Tingley Beach are are a very short drive away. Enjoy the Aquarium which is a long walk or a short drive going south on Rio Grande Blvd. The National Museum of Nuclear Science is enjoyable. You can also visit our Tramway located at the base of the mountain. The Indian Pueblo Cultural Center is close but driving is recommended. It is located north on 12th Street.
