Our home is central, light and modern - it has ample space. A north facing backyard with pool and outdoor dining area. A modern kitchen, dining area and 2 living spaces. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A perfect central home for your break!

Our home is very light, sunny and private. It has a modern kitchen, dining area and two living areas - plenty of room to chill out! It has amazing indoor/outdoor flow with large sliding doors to the pool and barbecue area. In winter the house is very warm with underfloor heating and a gas fire place. It has four double bedrooms. Upstairs there is the master bedroom with a super King bed and ensuite bathroom, another bathroom (with bath) and two double sized bedrooms with a king single bed (and pop up single bed if needed) in each. Downstairs there is another modern bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed and a separate laundry (washer and dryer). We have two living areas, a dining room and large kitchen. There's also a separate laundry (washer and dryer). The office space and garage will be locked however there is off street parking for 2 vehicles.
We will endeavor to meet you if we are in Auckland but otherwise will be available via phone and or email. I will also leave a list of recommended restaurants and contact numbers for e.g taxis
Grey Lynn/Westmere is a historic neighborhood with lots of character buildings with a number of shops, boutiques, cafes and bars only a minute's walk away . You could walk to the Ponsonby Road which has amazing shopping and restaurants, or stroll Cox's Bay park - a huge park near the harbour. Also within walking distance is a supermarket, boutique supermarket (Farro Fresh), cafe and takeaway shops.
With a bus stop just 100 meters away you'll be well placed to explore the city by bus. As we are so Central you can also stroll to the local cafes, supermarket and shops.
Apart from the office and garage you are welcome to all other amenities.

No smoking or animals in the house. Please treat our much loved home as your own.
