LARGER PRE-RENOVATION "OLD" GUEST-WING
Decor is dated and quirky - and NOT ideal for any guest requiring impeccable presentation - it is too old and dated to be imaculate.

> Huge upstairs main Dprm Bedroom with Queen bed, 2 x Double-Single bunk-beds, and 2 x Single-Single bunk-beds

Beautifully renovated to a high standard of lavish feeling of opulence.

MASSIVE SPACE
This creates a truly sizeable combined space for up to 17 for short stays.
(Bearing in mind there are only two bathrooms and two showers, it is better suited for up to about 10 guests for longer stays.)

BOOKING UP TO 17+ GUESTS:
The AirBNB system only facilitates for reservations up to 16 guests, so beyond that we need to create a Money Request in their system, for the Extra Guest cost of $35pp/night.
At an absolute push, the SofaBed in the "New Wing" is a small double so could take two children instead of one adult - plus the Conservatory off the "Old Wing" lounge does have a couple of comfy old couches, so POTENTIALLY the two Wings could take up to 20 guests at a push - but only if ALL guests are fully aware it is a push, and don't later decide to write negative reviews that the bedding facilities were subpar to their expectations.
The OLD WING especially should NOT be booked for guests who desire an immaculate presentation - the decor is too old to be impeccably pristine - and the person organizing the booking needs to ensure their entire group is please aware they will be staying in "cheap & cheerful" accommodation, perfect for chillaxing.
CHRISTMSAS / NEW YEARS WEEKS
Due to promissing our Property Managers are able to enjoy some of these special dates off to be with their whanau, please do not book to check-in or check-out on 24, 25, 26 or 31 December or 1 January.
