Simplicity, Location and Security.
We are located a few steps from banks, restaurants, downtown, convenience stores. It´s very safe.
Wi fi, hot water, garden
Interaction with guests
My wife & I work, so we will have little interaction, although we will be available all the time in phone, mail and we will treat customers the same way we do with our friends & family.
Other things to note
Easy access to Mayan Archeological Sites
Tulum can be a place for party or for rest and tranquility and serenity, which is our case.
We are close to town, shopping centers, Archeological Sites, Parks, etc. Smoking is allowed outdoors (we do not smoke).
If you bring your pet, he/she will have a special open area in the garden we would have to prepare in advance.

Professional of tourism and hospitality industry. Enthusiast of studying and a true lover of Mexico. I like Yoga, gastronomy, Psychology & Horses (these last are my passion and I can share it with you). I am currently studing second year of Psichology in UNAM and this has made me understand and love more the human being.
As a traveler I tend to be a person who enjoys very much being pampered and I believe I have reached my goals due to travelling. As a hotellier, I enjoy spending positive feedback that contributes to improving and building. As host I always reproduce the Mexican hospitality I was raised with. I have participated in getting the positioning of boutique hotels properties where the product has a very positive value for money.
I identify my passion for service with these words:
"Whatever you do, do it as well to return and also bring their friends," Walt Disney.
" The world needs dreamers and the world needs doers
But above all
The world needs dreamers who do."
Sarah Ban Breathnach
"Your most angry customers are your greatest source of learning." Bill Gates.
