We are close to town, shopping centers, Archeological Sites, Parks, etc. Smoking is allowed outdoors (we do not smoke).

If you bring your pet, he/she will have a special open area in the garden we would have to prepare in advance.

The location is really convenient. It's just a few minutes walk to the main street, and with a free bike, it's nothing! If you need something at night, you can get it from the nearest convenience store, which is like 1 min on foot. The room is really spacious and clean. From the balcony you can overlook a small jungle, where birds and animals inhabit, seated on the chair having coffee or something. At night, it could be a little bit noisy - maybe you should close all the windows and just turn the AC on. The bathroom is clean and large as well. It is accompanied by some toiletries. Note that there's no hair dryer! Regarding the shower, hot water is not really working. It's just warm or lukewarm. The water pressure is good. The contact with the host was really smooth and helpful. The advice of the host was so good and I found one of the most beautiful places in the world. Actually it made me stay here for one day more!

Had a fantastic stay! I've been travelling for three months and this was by far my favourite Airbnb. It was light, spacious, had great energy about it. The outdoor garden was so lovely to sit outside on the balcony and look out on! Benji and Violeta his assistant responded immediately to any questions I had. Area is perfect in town! Best I've had in Tulum. Definitely recommend this place for a couple of a solo traveller (the Californian king bed is divine)!

Benji is a very nice host and the place was exactly what we were looking for in Tulum. Great location and great value for the price. Only sitting on the balcony was a bit difficult because of our excited dog neighbours ;) Best, Vero

Benji's place was ideal for our 9 day stay in Tulum (couple 24 female and 30 male) during our perfect Christmas in Tulum. The room we stayed in was simple yet with all the necessities: a queen bed, kitchenette (hotplate, sink etc), and en-suite bathroom with shower, ceiling fan and a/c (we didn't need it.) There were mosquito nets on the window and french doors, the wifi worked reasonably well and we felt safe and comfortable. The whole building is walled with a locked gate at the front, although, honestly, Tulum itself feels like a very secure place. We had no problems locking bicycles or parking our rented scooters on the street overnight. The apartment complex is very well positioned in town. Communication was strong before our trip, and although we never met Benji (we saw Daniel daily) he was forthcoming via (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) and would also offer tips and suggestions for cool places to eat during our stay. He was a friendly and attentive host, meeting most of our requests throughout the stay. Don’t miss the chance to stay in a chill neighbourhood with a nice host in a magical part of Mexico, and at a very reasonable price. Thank you Benji and Daniel. - One small piece of advice based on our experience: make sure you have a map of exactly where you are going before you arrive as the locals navigate mainly on vague intersections and building names, rather than numeric addresses.

Ben is an amazing host. He goes above and beyond to make his guests feel at home. Follow his recommendations and you won't be disappointed. The place is nice and clean, very well located in town close to everything and an easy cab ride to most turistic places. There is a convenient store right on the corner, a great restaurant for brunch just around the corner, bakeries, banks, pharmacy. The neighborhood has it all. I walked late at night and I felt safe, there are lots of places around and people out. I highly recommed this place.

Professional of tourism and hospitality industry. Enthusiast of studying and a true lover of Mexico. I like Yoga, gastronomy, Psychology & Horses (these last are my passion and I can share it with you). I am currently studing second year of Psichology in UNAM and this has made me understand and love more the human being.

As a traveler I tend to be a person who enjoys very much being pampered and I believe I have reached my goals due to travelling. As a hotellier, I enjoy spending positive feedback that contributes to improving and building. As host I always reproduce the Mexican hospitality I was raised with. I have participated in getting the positioning of boutique hotels properties where the product has a very positive value for money.

I identify my passion for service with these words:

" The world needs dreamers and the world needs doers
But above all
The world needs dreamers who do."
