Alex was extremely helpful and encouraging from the moment I arrived at the apartment at 1:30 in the morning. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable for my three-month stay which was pretty much all I needed. Monteverde is a wonderful neighborhood without too many tourists and excellent restaurants throughout. I would highly recommend staying at Alex's apartment for all those stopping by Rome to briefly enjoy its fantastic architecture, culinary delights, and rich historical heritage. Alex's apartment is located near the train station and it is only a 20 minute walk to Trastevere, the popular neighborhood next to Monteverde.

Alex was really friendly and flexible with the Arrival time, drop of the luggage, keys return and so on. The room was very clean and cozy. The area is close to the best Villas in Romeand and it has good connection to the FCO Airport with the FR Train. However a bit far from the tourisic area there are buses passing until midnight.

Although the bedroom isn't as new as it looks on the pictures, it is quite large and the apartment is nice. Monteverde is a pretty neighborhood, well served by public transport or 30 minutes walk from the historic center (it may seem long but you get to walk through the prettiest streets of Rome, and it is a good option if you intend to eat pizza pasta daily, believe me).
