The Auburn Street Cottage was built in 1985 by the Architect-owners, Joyce Ward and Martin Thommes. The Cottage is modeled after the large house in craftsman style of the early 1900's. The Cottage has been fully licensed since 1985.

Awesome space, quiet, not a long walk through lovely neighborhoods for dinners and shows. We walked to and fro with extra flashlight as the streets can be dark. We brought our own tea and coffee though filters were provided. The only shower outdoors was more than we wanted as …

A pleasant cottage among trees and greenery. It is (for two people in their 70’s) just a stroll from groceries, downtown restaurants, Lithia Park, and OSF. Stairs reach the cottage door.
