Large renovated apt in the heart of Greenwich Village! Neighborhood couldn't be better - quiet st yet a block from Washington Sq Park, restaurants & bars. Loft-like kitchen/living room area, large queen bed, en suite bathroom, 5 windows with a view!
Very cheap price until I get some reviews :)
Very large, bright and comfortable one-bedroom in the heart of Greenwich Village. Within a 2-minute walk of legendary MacDougal Street, Bleeker Street, and Washington Square Park. While the apartment is located on a quiet tree-lined street, the neighborhood is teaming with sidewalk cafes, live music clubs, and some of the best restaurants in NYC. Not to mention Washington Square Park, the most beautiful park in all of downtown.
The apartment is not your typical crammed downtown one-bedroom. As shown in the pictures, the living room has two very large couches, a center coffee table, and a 55-inch LCD HDTV. The entertainment console also has a high-end sound bar and a "fully loaded" Xbox One. This means Netflix, HBO Go, and plenty of games - should you wish to unwind from a day out and about.
Connected to the living is a full desk with plenty of room to do work.
The open floor plan connects this living room/office area to the kitchen and dining area. The corner kitchen has plenty of counter space and everything necessary should you wish to prepare your own food. A wooden table and two seats also provide a quaint dining area.
The bedroom has a large queen bed, blackout curtains, a full length mirror, and wall mounted TV. Very clean and comfortable bathroom is connected directly to the bedroom. The TV also has a (website hidden) Chrome attached which you can connect to through the apartment's 5G Wifi.
The apartment is a walk-up which means stairs, but also means five eastern facing windows with an unobstructed view of the awesome neighborhood! Any questions? Ask away :)
Guests will have access to everything in the apartment including 5G Wifi. This is my primary residence, so closet and drawer space will be what I can make available.

Hello all! I enjoy film, biographies, novels, running, sports (playing > watching), food, technology, and exploring new parts of our world.
I travel a fair amount for my work in technology, so make my apartment available whenever possible. I encourage you to reach out with questions - especially if they are for local recommendations!!
