Very convenient location. We traveled with 2 kids and a grandparent and everyone was happy. The Shin-Itabashi station is literally across the street. You can check out a nice park and the Shin-Itabashi Zoo if you stroll down the street a bit. Grocery stores are super close by. We had a great time and we really enjoyed having a home base in Tokyo.

Kim and her Sister, tra were very kind to us. Communication leading up the the stay was clear and smooth sailing. The place was lovely and sufficient for the 12 of us. Location was great as well. We managed to find some small establishments to eat (where the locals frequent) for affordable prices and open late as well! My only complaint would be that the pillows were a tad bit too hard for our liking. Regardless, the apartment was great.

Nice place to stay and recommended for anyone who like cooking and eat together with you family. We like to cook and super market is very near and in the kitchen, they have leftover spices from previous guest that we can use! The bathroom and towel is clean too! really nice shampoo, soap, and conditioner!

We went to Japan with two medically fragile elders in wheelchairs, and Kim's place was heaven sent! The kitchen right there (which had two pots and a nice large pan with a good surface, two burners to work on and two cutting boards with nearly everything you'd want. We did add a spatula to the array) meant we did not have to exhaust everyone by going out for each meal and instead could save the energy on the fun things we wanted to do! Kim was very kind and despite the fact that our driver went to the wrong terminal so we were much later checking in than originally estimated, Kim waited for us and met us and walked us through everything and helped us out with every question we had! The place itself will sleep quite a large number of people, but if you wish for everyone to relax in the same room and converse, or sit around the same table and share a meal, you won't be able to do so if you have more than 6 people. Four or five will fit better yet. We had one meal with five that was very convivial but any time someone wanted to get up for something, it was a bit of a maneuver. If no one at the table has canes by their chairs you'll have an easier time of it though. The location cannot be beaten! Despite the subway terminal so close we ended up walking everywhere or taking a taxi, and found everything we needed immediately to hand both ways. The post office is further down the street going to the right as you come out the front door, opposite side of the street. There's a Life Market nearby (try the tiny strawberries. Flavorful and delicious!) to one side and a 24 hour convenience store a few doors down the other direction. If you like walking and your phone battery is dead, you still won't get lost because there's an enormous bowling pin landmark. Best of all? Even though it's RIGHT on a major street (means catching taxis is a breeze) it is still a very quiet apartment! I admit to being worried about that, but once in the apartment you'd never know you were that close to traffic.
