Tucked down a long driveway in a lovely quiet neighbourhood our quaint (and slightly quirky) house looks out onto the beautiful Rotorua Golf Course and Whakarewarewa Forest. Close to town and loads of Rotorua activities including the Redwoods and Waipa Mountain bike park. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom +additional toilet, lockable garage for bikes/golf clubs, off-street parking for 2 cars. Private patio (perfect for a BBQ, coffee or an afternoon cocktail), Wi-Fi, Netflix, cleaning and linen all included

The space
Generous lounge and dining area, large double bedroom with a Queen bed, and a smaller room with two single beds (this room ideally suits either 1 adult or 2 children). 1 bathroom which includes a toilet plus an additional separate toilet down the hallway. Small fenced off backyard.

The spectacular Mountain Biking Forest which you can actually see from the house is just 1.5kms away, there are tonnes of tracks and it is fun for all ages. The beautiful Redwoods are also very close and there you can do the amazing Tree Walk, either during the day or at night when it is lite up by nightlights.

Our character home is 57 years old, so it has a few imperfections here and there. However, we are sure you will love the view, location and the surrounding area which has so much to offer. We will also do our very best to make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as we can.

* Kindly note our home is within a lovely quiet neighbourhood so please respect that there is to be no parties or loud music at all times, thank you. The house is a duplex (adjoined to another property) that we also own and sometimes run as an Airbnb, the properties have separate entrances and are independent of each other.
