One month stays longer include once per week housekeeping. Utilities are not included on monthly stays. Security deposit of one month rental amount is due on one month stays.
NO SMOKING POLICY
All indoor venues and hotel rooms at the Hotel are non-smoking. Guests wishing to smoke may do so at the cigarette bins or designated smoking areas located throughout the Hotel. The Hotel reserves the right to charge an additional amount for the cleaning of the room and loss of business for 24 hours after the Guest has departed in order to clear any room of smoke before re-letting to a non-smoking Guest.
DAMAGE TO OR REMOVAL OF HOTEL PROPERTY
Guests will be responsible for any damage caused to the Hotel room or any furnishings, fittings and equipment therein by any act or omission of the Guest, his/her invitees, subcontractors or guests.
Sansuri reserves the right to charge Guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the Hotel by them without consent. The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item.
Should the fact that any damage has occurred or any item is missing come to light after the Guest has departed, Sansuri reserves the right to make a charge to the Guests credit or debit card or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address. Sansuri will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the Guest would incur to a minimum.
Sansuri reserves the right to take action against any Guest found to have tampered / interfered with any fire detection equipment throughout the hotel, including detector heads in public areas and bedrooms, break glass points and fire extinguishers. Guests found to have tampered with any fire detection or fire fighting equipment will be charged with any costs incurred by the Hotel due to their actions and additionally may be asked to leave the Hotel. Should the fact that fire fighting or detection equipment had been tampered with come to light after the guests has departed Sansuri reserves the right to make a charge to the Guest's credit or debit card.
