Bright and spacious sea view apartment in the Sardinian countryside, immersed in the lush mediterranean vegetation surrounded by flowers, perfect for a relaxing holiday with friends or family.

The space

The spacious and bright apartment is very comfortable and it is furnished to a high standard with a mix of antique and original 70's pieces of furniture. The layout of the rooms is very convenient and everybody has equally easy access to the bathroom, open space kitchen and terrace.
The outside terrace is a fantastic space to lounge in the shade during hot summer days and to look the starry skies at night.
It also has a wonderful view of the sea and of the island of Spargi, part of the archipelago of la Maddalena.

Guest access

The guest will have plenty of privacy and a wonderful flowery garden to explore.
Downstairs, there is a communal area for washing clothes.
The owners come to the property to feed the cats and they have access to the separate lower level apartment.

Interaction with guests

The hosts, Marta and Marino, are experts in Sardinian history and nature respectively. They will love to help with tips and suggestions and they will do everything to make your stay a relaxing one.

Angela's parents were exceptional hosts. They met me at San Pasquale to make sure I would find this country house and to give me the tour. This home is absolutely charming and has an incredible view. I had a very peaceful and relaxing stay. I only wish I could have stayed longer! Thank you so much!

Nice house with a terrace to enjoy the nice view and a lot of space around. Perfect for people who love to be on theirselves, surrounded by nature. The house is clean, fully equipped and the bedrooms have a lot of space. We made friends with the cats of the owner. A car is necessary because of the long dusty roadway up to the house.

We had a great time staying at Angela's place. It felt just as she describes it in the listing. You must have a car or rent a car to stay here as it truly is out in the country in a very beautiful setting. It's about a 15 minute drive away from the nearest town, set on an ancient farm that is very pretty. Angela was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay, which is great if you are new to Sardinia or need help/assistance with anything. The place is very clean and very tidy, and it's very charming in that it's an older construction but very, very well preserved and functional. It's like a classic old car--looks great and runs great and you know someone has taken very good care of it. The internet was spotty and slow at times likely because you are so rurally located. A faster/stronger Internet is pretty much the only thing that could have made it better! Overall, we would defintely stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

Hi Brandon, thanks very much for your positive review. I just want to reiterate the point that you already made in your comment: the house is indeed in a rural area and that mobile wifi is the only internet we get! It does get worse during the summer months because of the saturation of the network by so many extra people connecting. So I am really sorry to say we cannot improve it ourselves, it is a matter that is out of our control.

Our stay in the house of Angela was without a doubt the highlight of our travel to Sardinia. She came to pick us up and after a short drive we immediately felt home in the house on the hills with a magnificent garden and even more beautiful views over the hills and sea. Everything in the house had a piece of Sardinian history and we were really happy that we could stay another day. Thank you very much for everything Angela!

The apartment is lovely and the surrounding area is as well. While the house is set quite far back on a dirt road, it remains convenient to the surrounding area. We were easily able to reach Palau when we needed to. The house did not have air conditioning but we weren't there during the day and at night there was an adequate breeze to cool things off. The apartment also did not have soap/shampoo as indicated. Overall, however, it was a nice stay and the apartment provided a good break for the coastal hotels and resorts we stayed at the rest of the trip.

Hi Allen thanks for your review. Just one small thing we never said there was going to be shampoo, in the amenities it is written " essential towels, bed sheets soap and toilet paper"...maybe the soap was not there for you I apologize for that! I will make sure to make it available for future guests...

Peaceful, clean and cozy small villa situated in the hillside. The setup is beautiful and there are no neighbours in view. The house has a pretty well equipped kitchen and we enjoyed breakfast and dinner on patio enjoying the sea glimmering in distance. The internet connection was pretty slow, but enough for emails and other necessities. Otherwise we didn't miss anything, and the house had everything we needed (except for a parasol but Angela lent her own for us, thank you very much :). Angela was very helpful and pointed out nice beaches and restaurants for us. Our family enjoyed the visit in Angela's house very much. I warmly recommend Angela and her house for other travellers.

I am a geologist and I travel for work, but I also love to travel, to meet different cultures and see this beautiful world of ours! I think Gallura countryside is a splendid hidden place and I am keen for the tourist or person traveling around Gallura and Sardinia to meet us: the locals! We seem to be so scarce during the tourist season! I also would like to show the best parts of our territory and help the guests to build good memories .... Why? Because I just love my Island!
