My studio apartment is clean and cosy and 30 second walk from one of London's most beautiful parks, Tooting Bec Common.
The studio is ideally located in zone 3 which means you can use the tube to get into the centre of London within 25 minutes!
My flat is a humble space and is ideal for couples who are looking to explore this incredible city. I've lived in the flat for four years, and although it's not the Ritz, it's clean, cosy, charming and conveniently located for London's sights.
This is a cozy studio flat a stones throw from the beautiful Tooting Bec common, one of the most beautiful parks in London.
The studio flat is sprinkled with African art and London vibes, joining my two favourite places together!
The bathroom is newly refurbished and the bedroom/sitting room area is newly decorated. Unusually for normal studio flats, the kitchen is in a room of its own (rather that in the bedroom) which makes it much more spacious for the humble space that it is!
I expect my guests to be comfortable staying in a multicultural community. It's safe, vibrant and oozes the magic of London.
Guests will have access to the whole flat. I vacate the flat during your stay so that you can feel right at home. I've made space for your luggage in two wardrobes - with hanging space and drawers.
Interaction with guests
I'm happy for email communication, unless you would prefer to call. I will welcome you to the flat and show you around, giving you all the information you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible! If I am not available, my older brother or my mum will come and let you into the flat. I will give you their details prior to your visit, if this is the case.
Other things to note
I do not have wifi. There is a BT FON that you can connect to and select a 1 hour, 1 day, 1 week or 1 month package (depending on your length of stay).
You are welcome to use the washing machine, at no extra cost, but I do urge that you open the windows when you put out your things to dry. Alternatively, there are outside washing lines in the garden, which can be used communally. You'll notice the pegs in the kitchen.
Please feel free to use all utensils and cooking things in the kitchen, if you'd like to save some money and eat meals at home. The gas cooker needs to be lit with matches, which are provided. Help yourself to any food goods/spices/coffees/teas things that are in the cupboards in the kitchen.
Parking is free. I would recommend that you drive on North Drive - which is the slip road directly outside my flat.
The block of flat houses 16 residents and everyone tends to keep themselves to themselves. Most residents are couples or single occupancy (like me!).
