This award winning Nonda Katsalidis apartment in the quiet heart of St Kilda boasts amazing architecture inside and out . From its contemporary lines to award winning bathroom, and breathtaking outdoor area.

The space

This unique one bedroom apartment comprises a queen bed with crisp white linen finished off with soft tones from designer lamps and natural light bellowing in and flat screen television.
The main living area and kitchen is funky and modern featuring a huge sofa and reading chair bathed in natural light with garden outlooks, a huge flat screen T.V is mounted on the wall and the property boasts free Wifi and Foxtel.
The kitchen is well equipped with the latest European appliances and stylishly touches such as a mosaic splash back. There is an espresso coffee machine with complimentary pods and all kitchen utensils to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The lavish bathroom with mosaic feature wall has everything you need to feel like a royal.
Finishing off with an amazing decked garden complete with modern furniture, leafy trees and a fish pond with water feature. and of course under cover security parking.
For the Winter months we have Hydronic heating to keep you warm. In Summer because the apartment is designed for passive cooling rarely does it get hot enough inside that it's uncomfortable. There is a portable fan if needed.

This quiet corner apartment is fully self contained with the only common areas being the foyer of the building.

• In the case of any problem or complaint, you must inform Management at the earliest opportunity
so Management has the chance to rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible. You
must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours.
• Any complaint, which cannot be resolved locally, must be notified in writing to Management prior
to departure from the Property.
• Failure to follow this procedure this may hinder the ability of Management to rectify the problem
or complaint and reduce or extinguish any claim you may have.
We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance since Management are not responsible for any
injuries, illness or accidents that may occur whilst staying at our property

Parties / noise levels - Although very secluded the property does have residential neighbours, therefore please be aware of this after 10pm to keep the noise down.

Number of guest must be confirmed prior to arrival.

•Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.
•Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
•Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
•Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10.00am Dishes should be cleaned and rubbish removed. The tenant is obliged to take care of the flat and look after it and is obliged to keep the accommodation in the same condition as found on arrival. Furthermore, the tenant is obliged to compensate for any damage or loss occurring in the accommodation due to his own fault or the fault of accompanying persons. To avoid additional cleaning charges dishes should be cleaned properly including grease build up and burns on pans. Excess food & rubbish should be disposed of. A replacement fee will be charged for towels stained by hair dyes, bleaches, tanning & make up and greasy burnt saucepans. Finger prints and food spillages caused by infants must be cleaned also. Please note that there is no need to clean bed linen or towels as these will be professionally laundered. Keys may be left in the apartment or returned personally by arrangement. Guests will be charged $170.00 if keys are not returned.
•Disturbance to our neighbors, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
•Pets are not allowed.
•Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.
•No smoking is allowed in this apartment (smoking is allowed outside in courtyard

This is a fabulous apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. A short walk to the beach and the Main Street of St Kilda. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, supermarket and tram close by. We loved all the extra touches like the Thank You hand wash, shampoo, conditioner, plastic wrap and tinfoil in the kitchen. Everything was lovely and clean and exactly as photographed. Really appreciated the parking underneath too. Michael was a wonderful host, met us on arrival and showed us through and text us some restaurant recommendations. We'd gladly stay here again and can highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting in a lovely location close to central Melbourne yet close to the sea for great walks and relaxing.

Michael & Rino were fantastic hosts. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with from the moment of booking and even checking in half way through my stay to see if things were going well. To which the internet was down (ISP fault) and Michael kindly hand delivered a 4G router to ensure I was able to work. The apartment is fantastic and is as exactly described in the photos and was a place that I will hopefully use every-time I travel to Melbourne. Thanks for an awesome experience Michael.

I could not have been more impressed on arrival. The apartment was exactly what I expected & the location is hard to beat. We had 5 nights at DesignLife & would happily return for more. Overall 10/10, no complaints whatsoever.
