The space

A sophisticated & spacious first floor regency apartment situated in the middle of one of Brighton’s most historic and private addresses. Sleeping up to 6 people, this property is full of period features and vintage chic, offering space and comfort at the same time – it also benefits from a parking space for the duration of your stay. The flat is only a short walk from the train Station & the bohemian North Laine conservation area bustling with its unique & boutique bars, shops & (URL HIDDEN) also just a leisurely 10 minute stroll to the beach & to the famous Lanes - the perfect location to get to know Brighton.

LIVING ROOM

The first thing you’ll notice is the beautiful view over the private crescent gardens through the floor to ceiling windows…then the intricate carved woodwork around them! This room is a real show stopper - with a huge ‘L’ shaped Habitat leather sofa that turns into a double bed, a remote control contemporary styled gas fire & a 40” TV in the corner…it’s a simple but perfect blend of modern comfort & regency splendour!

KITCHEN

Through a splendid regency door you’ll find the kitchen...boasting another floor to ceiling window onto the gardens, it comes well stocked with modern appliances including a dishwasher, a gas hob & fan oven, Nespresso machine, classic Smeg fridge & stainless steel worktops…the kitchen is both practical & elegant - a lovely space to work in & enjoy.

THE MAIN BEDROOM

The main bedroom has an iron & brass bed with a part sprung & part memory foam mattress for the perfect night’s sleep. There’s a couple of Lloyd Loom chairs, a steamer trunk & some lovely vintage French wooden cinema seats. You’ll also find a projection screen & digital projector that you can plug into your laptop…It is your holiday after all!

THE DINING ROOM

Right in the middle of the apartment there’s a dining room with a Victorian dining table that can comfortably seat 6…reminding you of how lovely it can be to sit, chat & eat in a space where the only distractions are the food you’re eating & company you’re keeping!

UTILITY ROOM

In the handy little utility room you’ll find a washing machine, iron, ironing board & hairdryer etc – everything you’ll need to keep you ship shape for your Brighton break.

BATHROOM

Red brick walls juxtaposed with white metro tiles set the tone for this New York loft inspired bathroom…the walk in shower is heaven!

2ND BEDROOM

This pavilion grey & white French inspired bedroom has a painted white iron bed with a comfortable half sprung & half memory foam mattress. It also has some lovely original art nouveau stained glass artwork that casts magical coloured sunlight across the room…and it’s not just any ordinary bedroom! It also has the luxury of a deep slipper bath that you can slide into after a hard days shopping in the Lanes & simply soak the day away!

A truly cared for and thought about apartment, roomy, big bed rooms, quirky art, furniture, and thoughtful little details...we loved the stained glass. Located about a 20 minute walk from the sea front we walked in every day of our stay which allowed us to see the real Brighton. A good distance to the shops too. The Crescent itself is wonderfully quiet and a calming place to stay. The apartment is ideal for any length of stay in Brighton.

A beautiful flat in a superb location. An easy 10 to 15 minute walk into central Brighton. Plenty of room for 6 of us. Would recommend for families and groups.

Tim's apartment was great. It was clean, well dressed and comfortable and offered everything we needed for our stay. We were in walking distance of cafe's and restaurants and about a 20 min walk to the seafront. Ideal location with a great host who responded to any communication instantly. Would definitely recommend the apartment and Tim :)

Beautiful flat, tastefully decorated with lots of little details carefully considered. Fabulous location and great value for money if only for the highly prized parking in central Brighton! We stayed for 4 days and could not have asked for more from this stunning property. Thanks Tim
