We love hosting guests, your well being and safety is paramount to us. Although we have not had any issues/incidents we have added two external Nest cameras based on recommendations/best practices of other hosts. One is in front of the home by the garage/driveway, the other is by the front door.
We have a subscription for a Preventative Pest Control plan, although we have not seen any critters in the home we prefer to be proactive. The company comes out bi-monthly to spray the inside and outside of the home and will access all guest rooms during treatment. They use Temprid SC which is a kid and pet friendly spray.

My work transferred me to Arizona several years ago and I love it here. There is so much to see and do that it’s impossible to get it all done in one trip. If it’s your first visit to the area, check out the pictures in my guide book. They include some of the best spots to visit. Feel free to send me a message with any questions you have about the home or surrounding area.
