Pietro and Massimo are super hosts, very knowledgeable on the area and very helpful. The communication was very accurate and fast. We totally loved their home and the total experience!

Like many of the previous reviews, Pietro's home is absolutely lovely. They are in a great location in a beautiful town that is absolutely worth visiting. Pietro was absolutely lovely from the moment of check-in until we departed. We arrived slightly early and they were home to greet us with open arms. They helped us with our luggage and finding a place to park (right in front of their property). Their home is absolutely stunning (seriously, I want to live there forever) with your own garden area as well as views from the main room out onto the Mediterranean Sea. In speaking with Pietro, he told us tales of all his travel, took us through his travel books (he writes them), especially for the one in the area - giving us tips on places to visit that the common tourist would miss. Overall, I would recommend a 100% to visit Pietro. I look forward to the day of being able to come back to his home. Amazing.

Our expectations for Pietro's propery were high given the reviews. The property and the service did not disappoint. First, we arrived a bit earlier than expected and the hosts were available to meet us, direct us to the dedicated parking spot (immediately out in front of the property), help us with our bags, and answer our many questions about the area. Shortly thereafter, they had organized a lunch for us a nearby restaurant (despite being after normal lunch hours), made dinner reservations for us (at a restaurant in walking distance at the bottom of the hill from the property -- food was fantastic), and directed us to a nearby supermarket and a "beach" for the kids to swim (note, it is not a sandy beach, but a rocky one with a few openings to enter the water -- kids loved it, but it requires supervision). Bottom line: they are incredibly generous hosts. As other reviews have mentioned, the apartment is a museum, with evidence of Pietro's global travels. It's beautiful and talking with Pietro about his experiences was an unexpected, and priceless, treat. Two notes for those traveling with children. The two beds are in one room (which is air conditioned) and there is no separate sitting room inside (there is a foyer, closet, kitchenette, and two bathrooms -- one includes a tub -- but no extra sitting space except for outside). This is not a big deal and the garden is an absolutely lovely place to sit (view of water is wonderful), but wanted to note for parents who might want to put the kids to bed and relax elsewhere inside. Also, there are many delicate items in the apartment, so extra care might need to be taken depending on the age of your kids.

The place is marvellous, with a gorgeous view to the see. It's relaxing to enjoy your breakfast in the beautiful garden, contemplating over the view of the sea and the mountains surrounding it. Really worth a visit!

Mr. Pietro’s house seems to be his individual museum open to private guests. His lifelong collections and beautiful scenery of Mediterranean Sea gave me inspiration of what life is and how I should live. That was just more than having a good rest and relaxing. I realized the environment we create strongly influences our own life in return, and this is why we should take good care of our place. I want to thank him for sharing his experience with us through his collections and his taste in decorations, as well as for his kindness and hospitality.
