The Nut House is a one of a kind large Acorn suspended up amongst the trees. While staying in the worlds largest acorn you will be fully immersed in nature. You can sit on the porch and listen to the sounds of the birds and see clear creek flowing by. You will have a once in a lifetime getaway only min away from downtown Denton in one of the top 100 OMG Airbnb winners.

You will have a private 15 acres of land to explore with a lot of space for outdoor activities. (ie:fishing, hiking, campfires)

The space
There is one king size bed located in the loft. There is a kitchenette equipped with a fridge and freezer, convection microwave oven, coffee maker, electric stove top burner outside ( with pots and pans) and other supplies needed for cooking a meal.

Note***
The bathroom is not within The Nut House. There is a short lit concrete pathway from the acorn where you will find the bathroom facilities which includes a vanity, nice rain shower, toilet, and central air! We have included pictures of the lit pathway.

TIPS & TRICKS FOR A GREAT STAY

FISHING
Love to fish? Bring your fishing pole and enjoy some peaceful time by the water.

HAMMOCK HANGOUTS
There are plenty of trees around—perfect for a hammock nap or reading spot. Feel free to bring your own!

FIREWOOD
You’re welcome to gather fallen branches around the property, but if it’s been rainy, we recommend grabbing some dry firewood on your way (7-Eleven usually has bundles).
The fireplace has a swing grill top that makes for a fun outdoor experience while sitting around the fire versus using the grill!

HIKING
With lots of land to explore, a sturdy pair of boots and a flashlight will help you cover more ground comfortably and safely.

Guest access
There will be designated signs on the property where you are able to explore and where it stops and is private property. Please be respectful and follow those signs.
