This cozy cottage is the perfect lakeside getaway! Little Whitefish lake, a 200-acre all-sports lake, is only 30 minutes from GR and 5 minutes from premium golfing. The main house has a big kitchen with everything you need, including plenty of coffee! Step down the stairs to the lake, where you can use the included kayaks, fish off the dock, or take a swim. At night, relax on the lake-side patio with lots of furniture, a grill, and fire table. Back inside, there’s plenty of sleeping space!

The space
This cottage is a classic Michigan lake house, complete with a decorative Michigan-stone fireplace, beautiful views of the lake, and a porch to enjoy a summer evening.

The main house has one bedroom and one full bathroom with a tub and shower. The kitchen features all stainless steel appliances, and the most important part: a coffee maker (with coffee included)!

The living room has a smart-enabled TV, a pullout couch, and an armchair for relaxing. The dining room has seating for 4, and all kitchen utensils are included. The sunroom has a twin daybed, and a pull-out trundle for the little ones!

On the front side of the house is a little guest cabin complete with air conditioning, electricity, and a full bed.

The back of the house overlooking the lake has a beautiful new patio set, a gas grill, a gas fire table... and, of course, the lake! Step down the stairs to the long dock and boathouse, where you can grab kayaks and dock chairs to enjoy the lake.

We are happy to include all linens, bath towels, kitchen supplies, outdoor seating, washer/dryer supplies, coffee, a grill with propane, and the normal comforts of home. We do not include beach towels or inflatables for the lake.
