Benjamim is friendly, practical, available and answers to everything very promptly, trying to resolve things.
The house is located in a residential calm area, with many supermarkets, some restaurants and a great park by the doorstep. It's in a nice quiet building and it's located on the -3 floor but has an elevator, so it was not a problem at all.
It's facing a nice small garden and that is very pleasant to go outside for breakfast or to read if the weather is fine (the fact that is usable by the guests should be said on the house rules because in the beginning I thought it was private of a specific apartment).
The decoration is clean, nice and sophisticated and it's easy to feel at home. However since it's located near by the train station and I'm not easy to sleep with noise I could still hear them inside the house and had some troubles sleeping on the first days. Then I probably got used and it was fine!
The house was well cleaned up on my arrival but 2 important places were forgotten: the refrigerator (It was the first thing I cleaned because it was smelly and I could not put the grocery inside) and the microwave, which I ended not using at all but cannot be forgotten! It has all the cutlery a kitchens needs and it's very spacious.
Until the last 4 days of my long stay I didn't try to use the tv but it's a challenge to turn it on with those 2 remote controls (needs a paper with instructions!).
Globally the house and the communication with the owner was great and only needs 2 improvements:
- more light (a lot of lamps are broken and if the weather outside is not sunny it gets too dark inside)
- to have new bigger duvets and extra sheets and towels per guest (even if it is for a stay of one person). Because there is no washing machine in the house - is common for the building but you have to book a slot in advanced and most of the timetable is already taken and there are no English instructions - it's impossible to wash clothes or bedsheets or towels unless you waste a big part of your day...
I would return easily!
