This charming two bedroom apartment is on the second floor of a Victorian built in 1895. It is located in the Original Highlands - a vibrant neighborhood known for its beautiful homes, eclectic shops, and its many restaurants. Please note that noise does carry throughout old houses like this, so you may hear the downstairs neighbors on occasion.

FIREPLACE IS FOR LOOKS ONLY. THIS UNIT IS THE UPPER LEVEL OF A DUPLEX. THERE ARE PERMANENT TENANTS ON THE FIRST FLOOR.

Welcome to Louisville! This house was built in 1895. You are in The Highlands neighborhood, a very vibrant neighborhood, known for its many restaurants, eclectic shops, and beautiful homes.

There is no private parking. Safe, free, on-street parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. You can park one car directly in front of the house. DO NOT BLOCK OUR NEIGHBORS DRIVEWAY. You will be towed if you do so. If you have more than one car, please be respectful of our neighbors and park your other car on Edward Street and be sure to follow all parking regulations.

The home is walking distance to many great restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, bars, and even independent fresh markets.

Quiet Hours
It is of utmost importance to us that you are respectful to our neighbors. With that in mind, please limit your outdoor patio time to before 9pm. The Highlands is a neighborhood with incredible restaurants and bars and we hope you enjoy exploring all our neighborhood favorites, but this is not a party house. We’re sure that this will be respected, but if we receive complaints from our neighbors about noise level, you may be asked to leave. When returning from our excellent neighborhood establishments, please be respectful of our residential neighborhood. Do not hold any events, large gatherings, or parties while you are staying here.
