Cozy and calm apartment in the city center, walking distance to the beach, swimming pools (Lago Martianez) , Loro Park, restaurants, supermarkets,
surf lessons, nightlife and public transport (central bus station).
I used to live here with my sons, it's a perfect spot for couples, bussines trip and adventures both.
Te va a encantar mi lugar debido a la ubicación. Mi alojamiento es bueno para parejas, aventureros, y viajeros de negocios.
Smoking is only allowed outside the house.
Due past experiences with some guests, we will check wheter the towel sets are complete after your departure. Otherwise we will have to charge it from the deposit.
Please keep in mind that this is a family house, not a hotel.
We prepare the house and arrange everyting for your arrival ourselves.
Hope you enjoy your time on the house and take care of it as much as we do.
See you soon!

We keep really good memories on this house, as we spent all the winter/summer holidays here.
Now that the two kids grew up and went abroad to University, we want to share this tradicional cottage built by our family in 1850.
Located in a calm village in Tenerife (Igueste de San Andrés, 13km from the capital), in the heart of a large mango trees garden where you can enjoy singing of birds and still hear the ocean.
Just a 5 min. walk to a natural black sand beach.
There is a very nice 6km ride for road bikes to Igueste de San Andrés (where you can enjoy fresh fish and wine). My daugther's friends edited a small video on fixed gear for CYCLE ME HOME.
We all love this place and hope you enjoy here as much as we do.
It is not a mainstream tourism spot at all! :-)
