Dear premika Thank you for your input , This is first time a guest Tell us villa not clean , when all future guest reads our past guest review few days Or months before you , other guest Said in their review the villa very clean , and we DEFENETLY ALWAYS CHANGE ALL BEDSHEETS BEFORE guest cek In , We have check in standard form that sign By housekeeping and checked By supervisor everytime before guest cek in , ONLY Because you took photo of 2 hairs in the bed ( Which wE dont know Its the guest own hair Or our staff hair while change bedsheets ) , doesnt mean guest can accused us not change bedsheet . Its very unproper complain
and just yesterday we do repainting the whole villa due to your concern ,
RESHIFTING is happened By guest premika own choice ,,due to AIRBNB REGULATION,
after 1x 24 hours if guest dont like the villa that they booked ,they can move n cek out from villa with FULL REFUND " Which is FAIR ... to avoid guest that complain only for a reason to ask FREE STAY Or any UNFAIR COMPENSATION In the end , to the POOR HOST
Because I asking premika fairly , if you had So much complain from A-Z during 1x24 hours of your stay ,
then Maybe this 217 usd pernight villa not suitable for you ( Maybe a 5 star hotel with Price 800 usd pernight May need your expectation ) ,
I Said and just follow As per airbnb regulation : "after 1x 24 hours if guest dont feel suitable with the villa that they booked ,they can move n cek out from villa with 100% FULL REFUND This is only if guest 1x24 hours do the cancelation " Which is Fair
Poor me as a host ,I already give premika one night free stay n 1 free delicious breakfast for free, all for free
What I dont understand is why guest That had So much complain for a villa , again being So complain when they decide to move to other villa By their own choice , such a Complainer ...
What is really the guest trully looking after from This poor Host ? To enjoy Free 4 night stay To compensation their detailed complains ? Thats not gonna be happened with us .
Airbnb has very FAIR , after guest refunded 100% they have to move out from villa in 1x24 hours
OFfcourse fair , guest can not wanna keep stay in villa if they not paying even a cent
