Two bedrooms one bathroom private suite on lower level in a totally renovated single house in a well establish neighborhood.
Walking distance ( 2 blocks) to LRT train station, Macleod Trail, shopping mall, grocery stores, lots restaurants/pubs, etc.
Children live on the property.
For rent is the lower level private suite of a completely renovated single family home (Raised bungalow) located in a well established neighborhood.
Main Floor/upper level is not included/ accessible! I live upstairs with my two very active toddlers.
The suite has three bedrooms, but only two is available for now, one bathroom and a family room, totally renovated.
Bedroom #1. queen cherry sleigh bed.
Bedroom #2 Double bed.
Family room for entertaining/TV. Plus one full bathroom.
Laundry room is located inside the suite and it is shared with owner!
Dinning area was fully equipped with Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Kettle, dishes and cups, pot and pans.
Brand new kitchen with ceramic top oven, granite counter tops.
There is programed access code for each guests which will be emailed to the guests within a week before checking in.
Interaction with guests
Owner will be at the house most of the time or self check in when I am out of town. Details will be sent to the guests prior to arrival date.
Other things to note
It is none smoking, no pet home. But there are children on upper level sometimes.
A note about cleaning and cleaning fee. The cleaning fee is to prepare the home for your arrival - linens, deodorize the entire home, disinfect all touch points, etc. the cleaning fee is NOT for keeping the place clean. The guests are responsible for that cleaning. You will be charged an additional fee if the house is not left in the same condition as you found it.
Do not move furniture, use sofas as beds or otherwise change the sleeping arrangements. If you need additional bedding or beds, contact us and we will happily comply.
In order to provide a safe and respectful environment for all guests and residents these are the rules of the house. Any violation may result in cancellation of the booking and immediate eviction.
Pets by prior arrangement only.
I will check ID of guests upon arrival (driver's license or passport) to verify your identity. The person booking must be the person staying. Third party bookings are a violation of the Airbnb Terms of Service.
Please leave everything as it is in your room: do not remove pictures from walls, don't move furniture around, and do not remove the comforter cover from the comforter or the mattress protector from the mattress.
For the better health of all and out of consideration for allergies, this is a fragrance/chemical free environment -- no fragrances --no perfumes/colognes, “air fresheners", laundry soap with fragrance, fabric softeners, incense.
Due to insurance regulations, no space heaters, incense, candles or open flames may be used anywhere in the house.
After using the bathtub/shower, please clean out hair from the drain/floor area and make sure tub/shower is basically clean using squeegee provided.
Common areas (laundry, yard) are cleaned once a week, and guest rooms are cleaned in between guest visits. Apart from this, guests are expected to clean common areas after use and clean their own rooms during their stay.
Rooms are for registered, ID verified guests only, and guests may not bring any others to visit without prior approval.
House quiet hours are 10pm to 8am, and laundry hours are 9am to 9pm. To help preserve the tranquil environment, please keep electronic players and/or voices down at all times, and do not have cellphone conversations in the house after 10:30pm to avoid disturbing others. No socializing in the house after 10:30pm.
Packages and mail. Packages and mail can only be received at our address with our prior expressed approval and only for the duration of your visit. In all cases we are not responsible for the receipt, delivery, safety or contents of any deliveries.
Guest agrees to pay Host for damages or loss for any of Host's property or other Guests property damaged/lost by the Guest.
This is a Drug Free and Smoke Free home...thank you for not bringing drugs onto the premises! Thank you for not being on the premises intoxicated.
Please leave shoes and boots inside the entrance.
Please let us know as early as possible your arrival and departure times so we can prepare for you.
For the safety, comfort, and security of everyone, no one on the property other than registered guests who have booked a reservation. The only people permitted to come into my home are those whose names are given in advance at the time of booking as being part of the reservation. Specifically: guests cannot bring along or invite in their friends, relatives, or others.
House has a security system with 24/7 monitoring.
Check-in: Anytime after 4PM
Quiet time after 10:00pm! Parking at the back by the garage or the black gate, no parking in front of house or in front of neighbors house. You might get a fine!
