About this listing
New renovated apartment just less than a minute away from the U4 underground and bus links. A spacious, private living area directly by the best bars and shops in the city. Direct link to Frankfurt Central Station HBF (8mins) (Ubahn) and to Messe (9mins)
The flat has 70 qm in total, it has been completely renovated two years ago before we moved in and we have painted it in the beginning of the year.
In the bedroom there is a very comfortable bed (160x200) with high-end Tempur mattress, where two people can sleep. In the living room there is a large corner sofa (110 x 240) where one person can sleep. The bathroom is modern with a shower. In addition there is a full kitchen with nice stove/oven, American fridge, dish washer and a washing machine.
The living room with the sofa-bed is separated from the other rooms by a long corridor. Every room has a door so you have great privacy. The bedroom is very quiet and looks towards the inner courtyard. The high ceilings and long windows make the atmosphere serene and welcoming.
We will try to accommodate your needs as best as possible, just let us know if you need anything else.
We have a full kitchen, which you can use to prepare food - the dishwasher takes care of the washing up.
In the bathroom you will find shampoo, liquid soap, hand soap and moisturiser, a hairdryer, shower and hand towels.
Interaction with guests
You will be alone in the flat but we have a friend in the building who can help and you can reach us via (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) or on our mobile numbers.
We are very sociable hosts. Eager to recommend the best places to wine and dine, sights and activities during your stay if we are in town. Between myself (Chris) and my partner (Beatriz) we speak English, German, Portuguese & Spanish.
Other things to note
We will schedule a location and time for you to pick up the keys or a friend will let you in.
No smoking in the flat.
For Security Reasons we ask you don't bring any unaccounted for guests into the apartment. Take care of the keys, they are expensive to change (approximately 400€)!
Like everyone else in Frankfurt we work hard and try to make the best out of our free time. We enjoy dining out, watching shows, organising day trips with friends, and having friends over. We also love to travel to new places as well as to visit family and friends. Because we have family in the Germany, UK and in Brazil, these are frequent destinations. However, we have visited several countries in the western continent and have a long list of places to see!
Beatriz runs a wine group for a community of expats in Frankfurt, a group that is very active and meet a few times per month at different locations in the city.
Chris plays piano beautifully.
We both enjoy practicing sports, mainly running and going to the gym.
