We created a self catering studio apartment from our hay loft during the lockdown of 2020. In the heart of the Welland Valley in Leicestershire there are are wonderful views up the hill to Nevill Holt (home of the Nevill Holt Opera Festival) and from the sofa you will be able to watch the sun setting behind the hill. The space
Our studio apartment is open plan. There is a custom built kitchen with a breakfast bar, dishwasher, fridge, hob and oven. We have everything you will need for a stay in the countryside. Separate bathroom with shower. Super king bed can be made into two single beds. Lots of hanging space and plenty of hot water. Great super fast broadband wifi included.
